Great Stay

We had a great time in TC and the house was a good fit for our group (which included a dog). It was a short walk/drive to downtown and had everything we needed. The basement area was a great gathering spot after each day's exploring. We would recommend this property for your trip to TC. In addition, we left something behind and Brad was kind enough to mail it back to us after we returned from our trip. Awesome host!

Traverse City Home

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brad’s home in Traverse City. The home is spacious and comfortable with a wonderful backyard for dining and relaxing. Check in was very easy and the home is within walking distance of the shopping, dining and beach areas. Brad is an excellent host and I highly recommend this place for a Traverse City get-away!

Dog Friendly Home In The City

We participated in a 3-day business conference and were pleased to find a dog friendly home that was a short drive to The Hagerty Center. It was nice to be close to our favorite downtown restaurants so we could grab carry-out and unwind on the deck and hot tub. Our host Brad was a good coomunicator before, during and after our stay.

Awesome House and Host!

What a great house!! Rented for 4th of July weekend and it was a quick bike to all the festivities but just far enough away that it was quiet and great neighborhood. Brad is an amazing host! We will definitely stay again!

Great Spot

Brad has a great spot here for a dual family meet up or even a bunch of friends. We loved the set up and all the amenities like the back yard games and hot tub. It’s a great location too and close to everything.

Great rental. House is easily walkable to downtown and house has everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again.

Girl's weekend

The house was really clean and well stocked. The host Brad was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay in this rental next time we visit Traverse-City!

Charming Getaway in Traverse City

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation in Traverse City! The house was spacious and clean and stocked with everything we needed, and more. We especially enjoyed the backyard patio and the basement bar/hangout area. Brad was communicative and helpful. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Excellent downtown Traverse stay!

This house was awesome for the three of us and our dog. Brad was an excellent host and was easy to get a hold of if needed. The kitchen was one of the best stocked of all the VRBOs we’ve rented and the deck was cozy during our summer stay. We will definitely be back! We walked downtown several times (we are avid walkers, it’s about a 15-20 min walk from downtown)

Awesome and clean property!

My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property. The fenced-in yard was a bonus perk for my dog! The place was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was in a great location--just under 1 mi from nearly everything.

Great place and location

Brad’s house is amazing. Probably the nicest short term rental I’ve stayed in. It has everything you need. Location is also great - close to downtown Traverse City. Brad was very attentive too. Highly recommended

Great long weekend get away

Great house for wedding weekend

We rented this house for our groomsmen the weekend of our wedding and it was great! Very clean, lots of space for everyone, the backyard was perfect for us to hang out and play yard games when everyone got into town. Overall we are really happy that we rented it!

Great getaway right in town

Had a great time staying at Brad’s house for a bachelor party weekend with friends. House was very clean and well put together with a perfect little backyard. Was also in a great location and comfortably slept our group of 9. Would highly recommend staying here!

Escape to Traverse City

Everything was wonderful! Brad was a great host. We have stayed in many vrbo properties over the years and were amazed by the amenities this property offered. Loved meeting his dog Barley too.

Neat Place!

The house was really cool and unique - lots of cool decor. The outdoor area is PERFECT - the deck is amazing as-is the hot tub and the yard. Super great for hanging out. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths were also perfect for our group. Not walkable to downtown like I had originally thought, but not far and we made it work! Would def recommend staying here.
