Pier Park is just a mile from Tidewater and offers a plethora of shopping options as well as beach activities and festivals year-round! Russell-Fields Pier is a short walk away if you want to fish like a local and Gulf World is a great place to bring the whole family for dolphin shows and aquarium viewing. Holiday Golf Club is also a quick drive up the coast, so bring your clubs!

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 13.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
