The reverse floor plan offers a open concept kitchen/living/dining room on the second floor as well as a full bathroom. The sliding glass doors open to a large deck where you can enjoy the sunset views over looking the preserve . There is a half wrap around couch offering plenty of seating.

Perfect Spot

Just the right size for four people and the perfect spot to travel up and down the coast. Plenty of places to eat nearby. A nice quiet spot to stay before the season begins.

Beautiful stay on Carson Reserve

My daughters and I had a lovely stay. The place was PERFECT! We loved the downstairs bedrooms which made packing and unpacking very easy. The views from the upstairs living area were amazing! We enjoyed lovely sunsets on the deck with our wine before heading out to late dinners. We would definitely do a whole week here. Just steps from the beach! Amazing girls’ weekend!

Great views and location

Lovely views of the marshes. Very short walk to the ocean. Fast Wifi that allowed me to work remotely. Very attentive host. Only downsides were that the beds are a bit bouncy and I kept stubbing my toes into the bedframe pillars. Also, I had to bring my own desk and chair to be able to work remotely.

Our Happy Place

This is the perfect place to stay in Wells! The location, the views of the marsh and the house couldn’t be better! The beach and shops are in walking distance and great restaurants aren’t far away! Can’t wait to go back next year!

Beautiful View

This is a very cute and well situated two bed two bath condo near Wells Beach. It is attached to a popular smoothie place with plenty of patrons right outside your door. You can hear blenders throughout the day but this doesn’t seem to be much of a concern. Sometimes you do have to chase away customers who park in your condo parking spots despite the No parking signs. The condo seems rather new, has everything needed and was comfortable for a family of four or five.

Relaxing and fun long weekend with family

The home was just what we were looking for, and as advertised. Beautiful view, incredible sunsets, comfortable space for 4 adults. Easy walk to Well Beach. Very clean. Easy check in.

Good location, basic accommodations

The condo has the basic comforts. Beds very basic, and in one bed room the bright out door night security lights light up the room, and not private feeling, suggest black out blinds and curtains. Suggest same for kitchen sliders for night time privacy. Sunset is lovely. Walk to Wells beach 3 min. We visited after peak season so main road the unit is on was not too busy. Cute coffee shop connected to the unit.

Was okay. Definitely clean, but a little overpriced for this rental.

Great communication with owner. Beautiful view of marsh sunset in the evening. Close to everything. Would consider return.

Awesome stay, so close to everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this new property. It was very clean, perfect for my family of 4. Our rental property manager was very receptive and wonderful to work with. We love Wells and it was a great central spot for us. Great views from the deck and a minute walk from the shops and beach. Thank you!
