Charming Chatham condo - Oyster Pond views, pool, tennis court and water access
Come enjoy the Chatham breezes and take advantage of the best the Cape has to offer whether staying on the property or going on an adventure!
Our vacation home is a sunny 2-bedroom, 2-level condominium end unit situated on over 17 acres with views of Oyster Pond, private patio, heated saltwater pool and tennis court. Enjoy your meals or a cup of coffee on the patio overlooking Oyster Pond and the beautifully landscaped property. It is an idyllic setting in which to relax and is perfect for children to run around, play or even fly a kite. You can also play shuffleboard or head down to the dock for some fishing or kayaking (kayaks not provided).
Walk or bike to the village of Chatham (approx. 1 mile) for great shopping, restaurants, Chatham Angler's Cape Cod Baseball League games, Chatham Band Friday night concerts in the park, and of course, beaches! You are minutes away from Chatham Lighthouse beach, Oyster Pond beach, Hardings, Forest and Cockle Cove beaches, and more!
Relax by the pool, play tennis or experience the many places and activities that make the Cape so special — Cape Cod National Seashore, Pilgrim Monument in Provincetown, Wellfleet Drive-In, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Chatham Lighthouse, Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge, Atlantic White Shark Museum, mini golf, fishing charters, and plenty of public golf courses. You can also dine at or enjoy a spa day at the nearby Chatham Bars Inn or Wequassett Resort.
Other amenities include: gas grill, full kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, linens, beach towels & chairs, Xfinity streaming TV, WiFi, B&W printer, portable A/C units, and on-site manager's cottage conveniently located across from the unit.
