Brand new 1 bedroom 1 bath basement apartment. Easy freeway access only 15 minutes to Zoo, SeaWorld, Airport, Downtown, Beaches. Nice large deck with BBQ and great views of beautiful San Diego sunsets. Large deluxe Bathroom with large corner shower. laundry room with Washer and Dryer in unit. This listing is for short term stays of no more than 29 Days. any request for longer than 29 days will be declined.

3rd year and even better

This is my 3rd year staying here. Each year had more amenities, and always is in the best condition. The owners are so helpful, kind and friendly. Top of my list of 10 years of using vacation rentals.

Comfortable stay

Feeling like home away. The place was super clean and has everything I need. From soap, towels, or even condiments. Parking is on the street, but there’s always spots available right in front of the place. Host was professional, left us a welcome note and cake for our arriving.

Better than the listing describes

This is a lovely, New Basement Apartment. That is accurate but the title and description don't do the apartment justice. It is beautiful, comfortable and excellently stocked and decorated. The furniture and bed very comfortable and the washer/dryer are really a plus. Easy access to the highway and nearby shopping and the owners are so very nice and accommodating.

Nice home away from home

My husband and I stayed here for a month while we were visiting San Diego, and this place was a really good fit for us! Everything was clean, kitchen had everything you might need - including Tupperware! Washer/dryer was very convenient to have in the unit. The bed was pretty comfy though maybe slightly worn as it sagged toward the middle just a little bit (really a slight bit). The porch space was great for working outside as long as you have some noise-cancelling headphones as the traffic noise is a bit loud outside. One thing I need to mention is to echo what someone else said - this is a basement apartment. The sound of footsteps, dogs barking/running around, etc. was quite loud from above and started from pretty early in the morning. If you're an early riser and/or a heavy sleeper, this should be no issue for you. However, my husband and sometimes myself were wearing ear plugs to sleep. Even with the above, we still had a lovely stay! Thank you for everything!!

6 day stay

Thank you Randy for the coffee and breakfast treats in addition to the back up toothpaste! Randy has necessities in the pantry and back up toothpastes and first aid kit (very thoughtful). This basement apartment has a cute set up with barn doors, cute kitchen and remote controlled AC & lights. Randy also has all the things needed to cook in and option to project Comcast for a movie in on a comfy couch. It is really easy to get onto the highway and I felt like we got all over San Diego quickly. If you are a light sleeper you might hear footsteps above, but I sleep like the dead so we found the spot to be perfect! My husband and I would happily stay here again.
