About this property

Nice large 1 bedroom on one of the Las Olas Isles.
No smoking!
Kitchen, fridge, freezer, ice maker, stove, micro, dish washer.
Dining table for 4, large couch, big TV
Large bedroom with queen bed and closet.
Bathroom with bathtub.
All is nice and clean and mainly new.
Best location close to Las Olas and the beach, right on the channel isle.
Beach towels included.
Roku TV/Netflix.

Covered patio and eating area
Parking outside.
Close toto Las Olas restaurants.
Bikes available for $10/day

You get all private unit.
There is an outside patio and you have access to the water/deck through a gate on the neighbor property. Only 30’ walk.

You have own entrance

I will be accessible almost 24/7

Walking distance to Las Olas and the beach.

Uber is easy always within few minutes.
Walking to the beach is approx 1 mile. Las Olas restaurants like 1/2 mile.
Lime and other scooters are everywhere.
We rent bikes for 10$ a day.

If on site parking is taken there is street parking with 24 h limits just 100’ away.

And a little side note. The tap water here in Florida/Broward has a little brown color. If you fill up a bathtub etc. you will see a slight color change. I just mention it as a few guests has commented it during their stay

There is 1 key in the lock box and 1 key on the table. If possible please leave 1 key in the lockbox, so you have a spare if you loose the other one ;)
The trash is on the other side of the house towards the .parking spot. NO FISHING
You are free to use the chairs on the patio and the table just outside.I try to keep my dock area private, so hope you will respect that.
There will normally be parking available, but if not, then there is street parking 150-200 feet further down the street.
Note that street parking is max 24hr and park in driving direction.
Let me know if you want the kayaks.
It is easiest to access the swim platform at medium to high tide.
They are next door on the deck. Just go trough the gate at 200 Hendricks.
This space is a shared area, feel free to use and enjoy the table and chairs and swim platform.
If there is anything that is not 100% as you expected, then do not hesitate to contact me, as I really will do anything to fix it right away.

Hendricks Isle waterfront apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this waterfront property. The host was very acomadating and the apartment was clean and as advertised. For anyone with a nautical background, you will enjoy the outside amenities on the the water and the true feel of the boating life. Thanks again to our host and hope to rent from you again when we are in town.

Stay at Hendricks Isle

Great Location. Equal talking distance from there to the beach and there to get food and go to bars in the city. Clean and nice back deck area to relax. Would rent again.

Hendricks Isle Apartment

Great location with on sight parking. Walking distance to Las Olas with restaurants, bars and shops. Pleasant dock and outdoor patio with ample seating. Nice apartment, perfect for two people. The host lives on sight and is readily available and responsive to requests.
