OUT OF THE 189 one bedroom units at Honua Kai only SEVEN are located in the inner courtyard. The reasons are as follows: 1) Big Ocean Views 2) Incredible night views over looking the big Hokulani pool and all the tiki torches that surround it and that surround Duke's Beach House. 3) If the trade winds are blowing, the inner courtyard protects you 4) No noise from the road or surrounding resorts. and 5) You look at the Honua Kai Resort not at somebody else's resort. Please take a look at our photos and you'll see that they are actual pictures of the unit and upon your arrival you will say that the pictures do not do this place justice. I say its the second best unit since there is only one stack of 1 bedroom units in the inner courtyard. There's seven floors and our unit is on the 6th floor. Also, know that this unit has the highly desirable 700 sq ft floorplan. This floorplan has a bathroom that has the separate tub and glass shower (not all in one) it has double sinks and you have dual access from the master bedroom and the living area. If you want to make your trip special this is the unit for you.
