Beautiful new home in a quiet neighborhood, adjacent to the Woodlands, that is centrally located to everything. This home is just two miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and two miles to downtown Estes Park. As you walk in, you can't help but notice the large spacious living area with twenty-foot wall of windows to enjoy the surrounding mountains. Step out onto the large deck to enjoy breathtaking views of Castle Mountain and rock cropings on this 1.3 acre property. Relax on the outdoor sectional or at the dining table with gas fire pit while you cook on the gas grill. Enjoy a restful night in one of the three large bedrooms with king beds on the main level and two bedrooms with bunk beds on the walkout level, that provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to twelve people. After a fun day of adventure and sightseeing, you can relax in a private hot tub to soothe sore muscles, play games with family and friends, or take in a movie. We Will Be Back

This was our second stay at the property and we had as much fun this time as the previous time. The wildlife was entertaining--birds, elk, and turkeys. The house allows ample space with areas for games, quiet reading time, and eating and is well appointed. The hot tub was a highlight. We were thankful for the guest information on how to operate the dishwasher, as it can be a challenge.. Looking forward to stay #3.

Beautiful home and location

Our family came from all over to meet up here. We had a 1 year old, 10 and 12 year old. The place was VERY well stocked for infant/toddlers and the bigger kids had a blast with the pool table and shuffle board. We all enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding neighborhood and all of the wild animals that passed through each day. HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone.

It's a beaut!

What a wonderful house to share with friends and children. We had so much wildlife that would pass by daily. The kitchen is well equipped which was a plus! There are many places to hike close to the house and the hot tub was amazing after a long hiking day. We also loved the table fireplace and games that were available with the house! The pictures really don't do the property justice.
