12 Barneys Ave has just been purchased by my team in Maushop. It has very high end furnishings and awesome views. A few minutes walk to the private beach and the Raw Bar for the best lobster rolls anywhere. Other great restaurants include the Popponesset Inn, many in Mashpee and Falmouth too.

What a Find!

Our daughter, son in law and two children, ages 7 and 5, spent a wonderful week at 12 Barney’s in Maushop Village. Everything was perfect…beautiful and well appointed cottage, the best location, a short walk to the beach and the Marketplace. Property is what we expected based on the VRBO description. Check-in was easy, property is clean and well taken care of. Being a ~3 minute walk from the beach was very convenient with a toddler. The one thing you should consider is the master bed is uncomfortable - it is an old, very thin mattress (on top of a box spring) with an college style egg-crate foam layer and additional foam that is duct taped to the end of the mattress to lengthen it. For the kind of $ the area demands for rental there should be a legit mattress to sleep on.

Great location, well stocked kitchen, comfy condo

We enjoyed our stay here. There was a mixup with our beach flag in the beginning, but the owner was able to get it resolved pretty quickly. Great beach, fun little shopping area within walking distance. Very comfortable condo for our family of 5.
