This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home offers summer fun and relaxation. Featuring vaulted glass-lined living room, granite center island kitchen, heated pool, outdoor shower, hot tub, custom tiled baths, and extensive decking including a large roof deck. Two primary bedrooms with baths and two children's bedrooms make this perfect for two families. Screened in porch is perfect for dining outside. Sound system has built in speakers in kitchen, screened porch, pool area and roof deck. Each Primary Bedroom has two Sonos 1 speakers. Living area has two Sonos 5 speakers. Ring Video doorbell / light on front door and garage. All situated on 1.2 acre cul-de-sac in Hither Woods. Easy 10-minute walk to locals-only beach access.

PLEASE NOTE - NO GROUPS (2 families are not considered a group), NO PETS, AND NO PARTIES. Minimum age of primary renter must be 32.

Amazing Home in Hither Hills

We had a fantastic time at this spacious, clean, and incredible Montauk home. Was the perfect house for my family to be together and big enough for everyone to have their own space. And it's just a short walk to the beach. Looking forward to coming back.

The house was amazing. Open floor plan made it easy to see kids and entertain. Pool and hot tub great. Close to beaches and town. All in all the house was perfect for our family. Would do it again.

Lovely Home

It was the perfect house! Beautiful landscaping, open layout, large kitchen with high end appliances, nice shady walk to beach, big pool, roof deck and screened in porch. Plenty of space for everyone!
