Property needs some work done too. Most doors wouldn’t shut properly, kitchen floor was lifting up. I could go on. This is are a few reasons why I won’t give it a 5 star. It did accommodate us, definitely bigger than what it looks like when you first pull up. Host was GREAT!!

Leonardo, we're sorry the doors and lifting kitchen floor at Trail Climb made things tricky. We've already scheduled those fixes. Glad the space still worked well for your group and that our host helped. We'd love to have you back once everything's tightened up.

The house was what we needed and close to everything we wants to do. Everyone appreciated the layout and decor, and the views and outdoor space were appreciated. Check-in was easy, and Kaitlyn was responsive throughout our visit. The stairs were a bit creaky, which was a bit challenging with energetic children, but we'd be happy to stay here again on the next trip to Colorado springs.
