Nice house in a pocket neighborhood

This house is located in a small pocket neighborhood not far from I25. Two story with lots of nice amenities including a huge garage, hot tub, and nice outdoor space. Beds are comfortable and clean. The house is mostly very clean with the exception of the tile flooring downstairs. It needs more than a cursory mopping. The kitchen has a few cooking items but those need updating with items not from the dollar store, including the dish and hand soaps throughout. They seem to have a plumbing issue as every time the main shower and toilet are used, the rest of the house smells like sewer gas. Thankfully it passes once we opened some windows. Overall the house was comfortable and in a great location if a bit pricy.

Balloon fiesta

We chose this property to see the balloon fiesta without going to the park with the crowds. It was a very nice view but the views were in the front yard and the picture window in the master bathroom. The property owner left eclipse glasses, which was very thoughtful. There was a nice compliment of kitchen items like spices and saran wrap. There was both a drip coffee maker and Keurig with coffee too. It would have been nice to have at least 4 more ice trays or an ice maker. We couldn't buy ice because the stores were sold out. We had an excellent stay and I would recommend this property and host.

What a great home in a safe area. First time visiting New Mexico. Communication with owner was seamless and the property has plenty of space and amenities to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
