About this property

Amazing Long Range Views in central Maggie Valley.

Every weekend on this porch brings its own miracles from wildlife and drifting mountain mists to gorgeous sunrises and sunsets over long range mountain views. One morning I got to say hi to the visiting elk.

Enjoy the amazing view from the new 6 person hot tub. Sit back an see the stars that you miss if you live in the city!

The living room and master bedroom also have fantastic views.
This newly updated, beautifully decorated home is a short walk to the fairgrounds and all activities of Maggie while still above it all in this peaceful location. Bring your well behaved pup and enjoy the beautiful two bedroom, two bath cottage.

Please be sure to add your pups to the reservation if you are bringing them! You would add them by selecting the number of people plus pets. The fee is a one time charge of $75. The maximum number of dogs is 2. Maximum weight is 50lbs.

I have a doorbell camera for security. It will not have access to any private areas.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We came to Maggie for an event in town for 10 days. We haul a car trailer that I like to keep close. This property checked all the boxes. Paved road, big wide driveway. So, trailer wise it was a ten! Now the property.......We couldn't ask for anything more. Clean and comfortable, and the evening view of the mountains found us on the porch nightly. Communication with the hosts was instant, which is very comforting since I've rented many properties in the past and that is not always the case. Hot Tub was perfect. Temperature adjustment worked great, and it's obvious it is maintained regularly. Opened the curtains in the bedroom at 6:00 AM on our last day, and a huge, beautiful Elk was standing 15' away!! We need to come back in a couple months, and this will be the first property I will look for. Many reviews talk about the home being "dated". That's never a concern with me. Not every house is a new one. Clean and comfortable are at the top of my list. After staying there, I honestly think those reviews are slightly exaggerated. We loved our stay here, and we can't hardly wait to return!!

Hi Charles, The buttons are on the front of the hot tub. They are easier to see standing outside it than when you are in it. I wish you had reached out so I could have helped. The jets are very strong but you have to push the button right next to the temperature to turn them on. I am glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

Kelly’s place was awesome. Spent a lot of time on the porch in the rocking chairs when not in the hot tub. What a wonderful view. Will look for this on another visit and hopefully it will be available.

Amazing view, close to everything in Maggie, tastefully decorated.

What makes this property unique

We are very easy walking distance to the fairgrounds, shopping and restaurants. The ski resort and tube world are minutes away. We have a wide mostly flat driveway so snow should not be a problem. Casinos, Blue Ridge Parkway, river rafting, hiking, and lots more are all around us. Great hiking!
