With the bay beach a mile away and the Atlantic beach only two and a half miles away, your perfect cape escape awaits for your group or family to enjoy. This lovely property feels very secluded with its fenced-in yard and tree-lined borders but is walkable to all the essentials including coffee, breakfast, multiple local eateries including ice cream shops, bike rentals, and the scenic bike trail. The convenient location is highly sought-after, being an easy drive out to Wellfleet, Truro, and Provincetown for entertainment like the 40 wineries with live entertainment around the area.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, carrying on great conversations with your loved ones, or streaming your favorite movies on the TV. Gather together around the formal dining table to share stories around a home-cooked meal, or challenge each other to a board game. For the more outdoorsy types, there is a private boat ramp for guests to use close to the home for use. Many guests also enjoy hiking and biking around town. The chef of the group will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances. With six beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. For those who need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace is available with a desk and chair. Roast marshmallows in the scenic backyard around the firepit, witnessing the stars come out to dot the sky.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
