Spectacular One-of-a-Kind Vacation Home and Guest Cottage on Cape Cod Bay!

Thank you all so much for your interest and inquiries. I have updated the site and am ready for 2026 bookings. As you probably noticed, this same property can be found on another popular site, but that profile is for smaller bookings (1-7 guests).

This property has appeared as a scam on Craigslist, so if you see it there, it's a scam, and please alert me.

Please note for Summer 2026: During peak (Mid June-Labor Day), I have 3 rental segments
FRI - FRI (7 Days)
SUN - FRI (5 Days)
FRI - WED (Mid-Week Special) (5 Day Minimum)
I get many inquiries with a SAT-SAT stay during peak season, and cannot book it as it overlaps, and finding a cleaning crew is nearly impossible. If you are looking to book for just the weekend, you can do that for the months of Mar-early June and September and October. Thank you.

Spectacular Bay Front Home With All the upgrades and amenities. Main home has memorable views from 2 of the 3 bedrooms and is fully equipped with sun chairs, gourmet kitchen that was updated in 2026. There are high quality pots, pans, dishware, blenders, glassware, etc. The dining room has a large dining room table w/2 leafs that seat 10. You name it, we have it.

The main home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with Central Air and an Outdoor shower. Wall mounted flat screen Televisions in every bedroom room along w/an integrated Sonos sound system with in-ceiling recessed speakers in every room and on the breathtaking back deck.

This property boasts a separate detached guest cottage which was original to the 1971 construction, but no longer permissible. It was gut renovated in 2022 and features 2 sets of bunk-beds and 2 twin beds sleeping 6 children on the main level, and a Queen Pull-Out Sofa on the 2nd Floor. The Cottage sleeps an additional 8 guests. The Cottage adds a sun splashed 2nd floor with a full kitchen, dining area, large TV area with 180 degree views of the water. The Cottage is perfect spot to jettison children, or your grandparents or in-laws. Two Families often share the rental and divvy rooms accordingly.

I often get questions if the two structures are rented separately. We do not. If your party is less than 8, you can visit the other site, but your party will not have access to the Cottage. The two structures on this site are for larger parties of 8+, and can only be booked here.

On the water below, the home contains over 250 Feet of private beach. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine on the deck as your children play on the beach below during low tide which extends nearly 1 mile from shore. We have plenty of beach chairs, balls, bats, gloves and a high-end Goalrilla Hoop in the cul-de-sac for afternoon pick-up games in the newly paved cul-de-sac. The interiors contains full functional kitchens, and all updated electronics, tons of DVD Blu-Ray movies. If you have a Netflix, Prime TV, Hulu, etc. you can watch anything you want.

Work from the Guest Cottage and have a fabulous water view as there is a hard wired and WiFi connection, with a printer in the Main House.

Luckily, this home has more demand than supply.

Please note: This site will ONLY accept parties of 8+ as the pricing takes into account the use of the Guest Cottage. If your party is 7 or less, I recommend you visit the other popular site that begins with the first letter of the Alphabet. If your group is 7 or fewer, you cannot book on this site. Finally, I do not accept Weekend Only Rentals in the peak of summer.
