Wonderful place to stay with the family

Found a very comfortable place to stay and more surprise to find much more snow as our expectation's were low as this winter has been weak so far. Enjoy it a lot with all our family.

We had an amazing time celebrating our daughters birthday at Mountain Paradise. Communication prior to our arrival was great. The house itself was very clean had everything we needed and conveniently located. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place!

Really room and comfortable and clean. Large kitchen with everything you can want. Huge two car garage, which was great during the storms. Really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location & Superb Amenities

Imaging this is your own vacation home and you want it to equip with the best amenities from household appliances, outdoor toys, and board games so you and friends can enjoy the stay. Not to mention the convenience of getting to downtown Tahoe city and Palisades ski resort.

Good location for families and friends

Well located. Spacious place. The communal places were well arranged and comfortable to be in. The 2nd living room with the play station worked very well for the teens. The only draw back was that some mattresses were on the hard side.

Great house with plenty of room. It was nice to have the large kitchen area and two living rooms! Location was good with a quiet neighborhood while still close to town. House was clean and communication was easy. Would recommend! There were a couple areas for improvement. Some of the mattresses were a bit too soft and could probably be replaced. The late check out charge was 100 per hour even with no one coming the next day - felt a bit like a rip off.

Wonderful Home!

We arrived on Christmas Day and check in was a breeze. The house is beautiful and amply supplied with linens, towels, kitchenware, games, outdoor equipment, etc. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet and peaceful. My younger kids loved sledding down the hill in the yard while my older kids enjoyed the very short drive to Palisades to snow board. We had an amazing trip and hope we can make it back someday!

Spacious cabin with lots of amenities

Kitchen was well-equipped, and there were numerous games and some toys in both of the large family rooms. Location was convenient for skiing and grocery shopping.

Spacious Beautiful Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our family vacation in this large beautiful property. There was plenary of room for all of us. In the winter I would highly recommend a AWD or 4x4 vehicle unless you are very proficient putting on chains. The property is located up a 12% grade hill that recommends chains when the road is covered in ice and for good reason, ask me how I know.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were really looking forward to staying at this rental with our group. Unfortunately, we never made it up to Tahoe. The weather so so severe, roads were closed, and the threat of avalanches, and roofs collapsing under the weight of snow, all of this played a factor in our choice to stay safe at home. Maybe this spring we can plan another (first) stay here.

It's on a quiet street and had a little hill where the kids could sled. The kitchen was well-stocked for families who like to cook and everything was clean and well organized. Would stay again!
