Nice Size Unit!

Property needs improvements including new pool lounges! Unit definitely needs a major painting! Ceiling tiles are disgusting! Bedding comfortable and furniture is new! Closets aren"t sliding because the doors are off the track. Probably would not stay in this unit again!

Bad landlord and not maintaining the place properly

I had my own apartment with my family and my sister had another one in the same floor ,but what a difference between these 2 apartments.. Hers was updated. Mine was not . Lots of issues, bathroom toilets wash noise every night ,bathroom window make a noise from the wind ,fan above cooking when it was on started dripping in a food. Whoever maintains the apartment, does a very poor job maintain it? There was a issue that I was charged for a table and i paid for it, 3 weeks later after I paid it they wanted to charge me again. The landlord of that apartment was not good.
