HURRICANE UPDATE: The pool is open and elevator is now back in service!
Please note: From July 2025 to January 2026, the building will be undergoing a significant renovation project. Be advised that during this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building, including balcony work, which will result in balcony closure during that time.
The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there will be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities. We have applied a discount to this unit during the construction time due to the inconvenience this will cause.
The Chateaux 204 is the perfect beach getaway!
The open concept living area is spacious with plenty of seating and has 2 queen sleeper sofas for additional sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and dining seating for 4 with additional seating at the kitchen island. The bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV to relax in the evening.
The huge balcony offers you plenty of space to sit back and enjoy the sunsets and watch the waves roll in!
Spend the days relaxing by the swimming pool or grab a beach chair and head to the beach!
