Condo unit 305 is our most-desired modern third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit!

The manager Jaime was top notch, he was very attentive and made sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. It was a gorgeous unit with everything very clean and tidy. The unit was very cozy and felt like home. We had any and all appliances and dishes that we could have ever needed. We were very comfortable just staying in and playing games and hanging out. Best girls weekend ever thanks to North Shore.

We did not have a chance to get in the pool but it looked very nice & well maintained.The temperature in the upstairs bedroom was a little warm but we were able to use the fan from downstairs and made it more comfortable. The front desk was very friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

The blinds in the first floor bedroom were broken and would not close all the way. Aside from these, the stay was good and the staff was courteous and pleasant.

Our annual TC vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 8th stay at Northshore. Obviously we like this property. Many things about the property work well for our family. They’ve made some nice updates. However, like any rental it’s not perfect. This year there were a few things that were annoyances. The unit wasn’t as clean when we arrived as it’s been in the past. Also, one of the bathroom sinks drained VERY slowly and although I was told someone would come and work on it no one ever came. We got it to work better ourselves but we don’t come to Northshore to clean or fix drains. The price of the rental has increased a lot since we’ve been coming and I because of the cost of rent we expect to get better service than I thought we did. I think they may have been short staffed and while I understand that they may need to hire more staff and/or pay them a better wage to keep good employees. We most likely will go back to Northshore next year with the hopes of it being more like it’s been in the past.

Great Winter Escape

We had a great stay! Check-in and check-out were both easy. Everything was as expected given the description. Convenient location between downtown and casino. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Great family getaway

We wanted a little family getaway not too far from home. This condo in traverse city was perfect. Our weather wasn’t the greatest, but the condo was clean and beautiful. I love all the updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable for our stay and we had everything we needed. We ate out and cooked at home - had all the utensils we needed. The beach access was so nice and the views were beautiful off of the balconies. We will definitely try to come back during a warmer week.

Beautiful Condo with 2 levels of Lake Views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Family of 5 vacationed in traverse city for 4 nights/5 days and had the best stay at the North Shore Inn! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. They gave us some good tips on what to do in the area. Our Condo was super clean and had great furnishings. We were so comfortable staying there! We traveled over to the western coast to visit sleeping bear dunes and glen arbor and even drove all the way up to north port. It was a reasonable drive to everything and allowed us to be out away from the busy tourist areas. We would highly recommend North Shore Inn. We will definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and condo was gorgeous! The staff all very friendly. Major disappointment however that check in was at 4 PM and our unit wasn’t ready until 5 PM due to too many turn overs. The staff was very apologetic but nonetheless, it was disappointing and a turn off.
