Condo unit 305 is our most-desired modern third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit!

Beautiful and clean

We had a great stay! Check-in and check-out were both easy. Everything was as expected given the description. Convenient location between downtown and casino. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Beach Front staycation

Great views to wake up to, fully equipped kitchen, large upper floor master bedroom, outside deck seating to enjoy morning coffee, close to downtown, stores and wineries. Check in was a breeze. No issues will stay again

Great family getaway

We wanted a little family getaway not too far from home. This condo in traverse city was perfect. Our weather wasn’t the greatest, but the condo was clean and beautiful. I love all the updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable for our stay and we had everything we needed. We ate out and cooked at home - had all the utensils we needed. The beach access was so nice and the views were beautiful off of the balconies. We will definitely try to come back during a warmer week.

We did not have a chance to get in the pool but it looked very nice & well maintained.The temperature in the upstairs bedroom was a little warm but we were able to use the fan from downstairs and made it more comfortable. The front desk was very friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this rental.
