Please note: This home will sleep a maximum of 8 people. Sleeping for up 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. We do not allow sleeping on the floor, on blow up beds, or on the furniture etc. Your group must be able to sleep in the bedding provided.

• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday.
•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

Upper Level
~This home features an additional 3rd split level with the sitting room and bedrooms. The upper level of the home leading to the bedrooms is accessible from the hallway off the dinning area.

~The Master bedroom featuring views from the large windows has a king-sized bed with French doors leading to the covered balcony

~The 3rd bedroom features a queen bed and has access to the hall bathroom

~The lower level features multiple spaces for hours of enjoyment, stairs from the kitchen lead to this area of the home.

This is a split level home with many various areas accessible only by stairs.
*Guests must provide their own wood for the fireplace, wood is not provided.

The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will want to come back!
