The property offers, a dock, kayaks, a swimming platform, a mooring for your boat, outdoor grill & dining area, a large flat lawn and a sandy lake entry. Great location – close to North Windham grocery stores, restaurants, hiking trails, mini golf and a 35 minute drive to Portland. The home sleeps 6 comfortably with two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom, full bathroom and living area on the lower level. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook and grill for all guests. the home is so special with cathedral vaulted ceilings, an open first floor and a lower level perfect to enjoy the rainy days inside. You'll enjoy views of the lake from every room!

Beautiful, well furnished, and well maintained home, situated on an ideal spot on the lake, with perfect views, which includes Mount Washington in the distance. Located in excellent, secluded neighborhood. Great spot for kayaking, hiking and biking.

The house is very comfortable, with plenty of room for all 6 of us, plus family that dropped in to say hello. We loved everything about this house and location!
