Cette maison de plage immaculée est située dans le quartier recherché du Tides Beach Club de Goose Rocks Beach. Privé mais seulement des étapes à près de 3 miles de la plage de sable blanc. Vous voudrez faire de cette location votre maison de plage pour les années à venir! Avec un plan d'étage «inversé» unique, 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain se trouvent à l'étage principal. Le salon au plafond cathédrale, la cuisine bien équipée et la chambre principale avec salle de bain se trouvent au 2ème étage. Le salon s'ouvre sur la terrasse extérieure avec barbecue au gaz et mobilier de jardin. Le bel érable dans la cour avant offre une intimité et le sentiment que vous pourriez être dans une cabane dans les arbres! Endroit idéal pour votre café du matin et vos dîners. Profitez de la mezzanine au troisième étage avec puits de lumière et des sièges confortables. Les enfants adorent regarder la télévision et jouer à des jeux de société. Faites de Goose Rocks Beach le lieu de vacances de votre famille, vous ne le regretterez pas!

Beautiful, well appointed home with less than a five minute walk to Goose Rocks Beach. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Great communication with nice owners who are available if needed. Looking forward to a return stay at this property.

Very easy to come back and forth from the beach, by foot. Also, nice that it's close to the Tide's beach club. Well equipped kitchen. Nice looking property. Very well kept. Super helpful owner. We'd rent again.

Lovely home, wonderful beach access

We had a wonderful few days at the end of September in Goose Rocks Beach. The house was sparking clean and so close to the beach. Everything was incredibly organized in the home. We would love to come back for another stay! Sharon made us feel right at home.

Home, home on the beach!!

Appreciated all the extras- paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap etc. all we had to do was bring ourselves!!!

Goose Rocks Beach Stay

We had a great stay at Goose Rocks Beach. The house had everything we could possibly need. Sharon was great at communicating and making sure to let us know to reach out if we had any questions. It was a plus having beach chairs and beach games available. Our favorite restaurant while visiting was The Lost Fire. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for Allowing us to stay in your rental home.

A Lovely Home in a Beautiful Location

Stay here! This very comfortable and well stocked home is a delight. A short walk to Goose Rocks Beach - an unspoiled long stretch of sand, water, distant rocks and pretty sunsets. Walk to The Tides Inn for a delicious dinner. A fun bar area too. Kennebunkport restaurants and shops are a short drive. The property hosts could not be more kind or accommodating. I enjoyed it all.

Fantastic home!

Our family stayed during the week of the 4th of July and had a really great time, we couldn't have asked for any better! What a great home! Plenty of space for eight adults and the kids. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, only a couple minute walk to the beach. Sharon did such a great job in answering all of our questions (we gave her plenty of them!) leading up to our vacation. Very quick to respond and helped to accommodate us anyway she could. Many thanks to her and her husband for helping to make our stay a memorable one!

Enchantés

Deux pas de la mer, quartier tranquille, c'était enchanteur. La maison est très bien équipée, avec des possibilités d'être ensemble et aussi d'avoir des espaces pour être plus tranquilles si on le souhaite. Super bien équipé aussi pour la plage, tout est pensé pour que l'on soient bien. Les propriétaires sont particulièrement gentils ! Ça résume bien - enchantés globalement !

Relaxing Get Away

This is our 3rd stay at this lovely Goose Rocks Bleach home. Everything you need is provided. We only needed to pack our suitcases. This time we were joined by friends from Montana. It was a great jumping off point for them to explore the surrounding area. Lots of space, with comfortable chairs, to relax or read on days we chose to stay put We hope to return again very soon.

Best GRB stay yet!

This is such a comfortable, well-designed and well-appointed property! With a main floor for gathering to share meals, visit and play games and two other floors that allow for spreading out a bit, this was the perfect location for us and our grown children to spend time at GRB. The location/distance from the beach is ideal and Sharon and Mic are wonderful hosts and neighbors. Sharon's responsiveness and efficiency is wonderful. I can't think of anything that would have made our stay better.

Wonderful week at Goose Rocks Beach

We had a blast gathering with family in Sharon's beautiful home. Everything was exactly as described in her listing. The house was comfortable, well-equipped and sparkling clean. Sharon's grandparents first came to Goose Rocks Beach in the early 1950's and the family has owned property here ever since. Sharon and Mic have lived in Kennebunkport together for over 30 years. Every season is truly special. The sunrises and sunsets change throughout the year and never get old.

Our beach house is located in the sought after Tides Beach Club area of Goose Rocks Beach. Private yet only steps to nearly 3 miles of white sandy beach. Catch the sunrise over Timber Island and watch the spectacular sunset's vibrant colors of pink and purple. One of our favorite sights is the moon raising over Timber Island when the sun is still setting over the marsh - breathtaking!

3 stories of luxury with 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen with granite counters, dining area, and living room that opens to the 2nd floor outdoor dining deck with gas grill. Three 1st floor bedrooms . 2nd and 3rd floors have hardwood flooring. Bathrooms are tiled.
