We enjoyed a great stay at Four Seasons. The home was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The host was very reaponsive to the queations we had. The bed was comfortable. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again soon!
The house was nice, clean and comfortable. Perfect location to the Ag Center where we were doing a fiber festival. Felt safe for two ladies. Comfy beds.

We are very happy you felt safe and the home was comfy for your stay. Come back anytime. Thank you for the nice words!!!
The house was clean, kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the beds were comfortable (especially liked the pillows!). Jaxx was communicative through the process, made recommendations for things to do/places to go. Check in and out was extremely easy. Super thankful for the experience!
I booked this location for 3 employees. It was close to groceries, restaurants and the job site! The guys reported that it was very a clean and beautiful property. I had great communication with the host, who was very accommodating and patient when we needed to extend our stay last minute! Will be looking to book again the next time we are in the area.
We had a split vacation staying at this wonderful house for a total of 2 weeks split by a week taking in Nashvile, Memphis (Which is no longer worth visiting) and Chattanooga. The House in Mills River couldn't be in a better location whether you want to explore Pisga or Dupont forests (Sliding Rock is great fun) and the waterfalls stunning you also have easy access to Asheville, Biltmore and some fantastic wee towns like Brevard and Blowing Rock and not forgetting the mile high bridge at Grandfather mountain. If you like micro brewery's or winerys you are spoilt for choice. All correspondence with the owner was flawless with very quick responses to any questions. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if back in the USA.
We traveled to Mills River for a wedding and just needed a nice place to stay for a few days while we helped prepare for the wedding and to attend. This house was perfect for us. We enjoyed the backyard (although there were a few trees down due to the hurricane). The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
A bonus, this house is less than 1/2 a mile from the wedding venue so was quick to travel. We didn’t get to enjoy the town much but it looks like a fun area and is close to Asheville (we had to make 2 trips for supplies).
If we find ourselves back in the area we would definitely stay there again.
Beautiful location but run down could be cleaner. Refrigerator was dirty and the oven filthy. Does not have washer and dryer. Walkway up to the house was overgrown. Ton of ants outside!

I'm so sorry to hear that the house wasn't cleaned! I emailed you to ask if everything was OK, but didn't get a response from you. I would have sent someone out to clean right away. There is a washer and dryer, just had to ask for acess. We are hiring a landscape company and will have the walk way cut back. Again, I am very sorry for your. experience.
The house was big.It smelled like an old person and I left the house clean but now the host is asking me for 200 hundred more dollars because she said it wasn't clean up to their standards. I i left the house clean and I left all of the towels in one bathroom. So the property manager could clean it up easily. The washing machine would not work or I would have washed the towels and the sheets myself before I left.I stayed for 13 days and had some extra trash left it in the garage. So the animals wouldn't get into it outside. And the hosts complained about that as well.

I am very sorry that you feel this way and I sent you pictures of the home as well as the reason for the extra charge. It was a hard decision to make but I should not be left to pay an additional $200 cleaning fee.
You reserved for 2 people only, and if you wanted more people to stay you could have asked. The home is newly remodeled so I dont understand why you say it smells. Every room was a mess, furniture rearranged, all the blankets, including extra ones, every towel, including extra ones was used in the home. Clearly more than 2 people stayed at the home.
You never let me know the washing machine didn't work or I would have fixed it. It's only 4 years old. The Air mattresses were used, the pack and play baby crib, was used, and the trash was left out staining the driveway. If you had any issues, I would have addressed them asap. Again, I am sorry you are upset about the extra fee for the 3 days of cleaning since we disinfect everything.
