Welcome to Reflections!

Location:
Reflections is located 1.2 miles from downtown Guerneville and Johnson’s Beach. We are a short drive from Armstrong Woods State Reserve, North Wood Golf Club (5 miles), and the Sonoma Coast (20 miles).

Reflections has been a popular destination for those seeking a getaway near the Russian River for over twenty years. Our property offers a unique combination of multiple gathering spots and separate, functional sleeping spaces, including a main house and three detached cottages.

Property Updates and Highlights:

- Solar-Heated Pool: newly relined pool and freshly updated pool deck; open year-round and solar-heated from May through September. *No pool cover,

- Hot Tub: A standalone 4-person hot tub

- Inside amenities: Wi-Fi, ROKU/streaming TV's, gas fireplace in the main house, wood-burning fireplace in the Coho Cabin.

- Outdoor Space: A large, fully fenced backyard with established landscaping, fruit trees, a gas BBQ, and outdoor dining for eight under a gazebo.

Accommodations:

- Main House (~1,285 sq. ft.)
-Open-concept living room, dining area for eight, and a full kitchen.
-The primary suite offers a king bed and a private bath (shower only).
The second bedroom has a queen bed; please note no TV in the second bedroom.
The hall bath has a shower over tub combo.

- Coho Cabin: A private getaway with a queen bed, full bath, heated tile floors, wood-burning fireplace, and cable TV with streaming capability.

- Twin Bedroom Cottage: Includes a main sleeping area with two twin beds, a jack-and-jill bathroom, and an additional dressing space with a third twin bed in the rear portion facing the creek with its own deck and sitting space. Cable TV with streaming capability.

- Poolside Cottage: Located next to the garage/laundry room, this cottage offers a queen bed, a twin trundle bed, radiant floor heat, a full bath (shower only), and cable TV with streaming capability.

This place offered the perfect place to share our girl's weekend. The house allowed us to spend time together and also have some privacy when needed.The location was quiet and an easy starting point for all of our activities.

This is exactly what my friends and I needed. The main house and cabins were very spacious, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub! It was also very easy to communicate with the host. We are looking forward to booking another visit! Highly recommended.

Great, peaceful location for a small gathering. Downtown Guerneville is easily accessible for groceries and restaurants. The separate cabins make for a range of options for introverts and extroverts.

The layout of this property is perfect . It is well stocked with everything. It’s funny but one of the things that stood out is how sharp the kitchen knives were . I have family members who insist on bringing their own knives because we always get bad ones where we stay . Also , the cleanliness and the relaxing surroundings. This is the perfect house for a large family specially if you need some quiet time . Each cottage is very cozy and each one has its own bathroom. Perfect place .

Another fabulous family reunion at the property. We love the convenience, space, location to the ocean and downtown. It’s a great property with tons of amenities. We’re already planning next year!

Loved this place! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were so comfortable, the showers were hot - even if another person was using a different one and it was SO NICE to have our own little private space in our cottage and then join the group in the shared kitchen. All accommodations worked out really well. We had a fantastic time and will hold on to this place for future gatherings.

We had a lovely stay overall! The main house was well-furnished and spacious and the cottages were charming. The kitchen was well-stocked, and everything was clean and comfortable. We had a few small issues with the stove and dishwasher, and an overactive flame on the gas grill, but nothing serious enough to negatively affect our stay. We would definitely love to visit again!

My group of friends and I have stayed at Reflections several times before and keep returning to it because it's a great place!! The main house plus cottages works well for our group. The place has everything - hot tub, pool, good kitchen. The location is wonderful in a nice quiet neighborhood and only a mile from downtown Guerneville.

Beautiful property with a lovely shady yard, big outdoor table, and lovely pool and hot tub. Pool is quite chilly even on a hot day, so get ready for a refreshing dip! Hot Tub was perfect on even a cool summer night.Beds were comfy and place was very clean, having separate cabins so everyone could get a little more quiet and comfort (away from the crying baby!) was totally key.We had such a great stay so I did not remove any stars, but two small notes include;- Doorbell alerts on every cabin door are shirekingly loud. I'm not sure what the point of these are. We had to temporarily disable them so as to not wake everyone up all afternoon.- Neighbors were up with Chainsaws at 7:30am on Saturday cutting down trees for 5 hours. Made for a real rough and restless start to the weekend. I can't imagine this is regularly occurring and certainly out of the hosts control. But just to be aware it's possible!Like I said, minor issues - We can't wait to return to this beautiful spot for fun in the sun!

We had a great time at Reflections! The property was great for our party which had 4 families staying there with young children. It was nice that everyone had their own space, with the common areas to gather. The kids loved the pool, but the house is also a stones throw from Johnson’s beach. We enjoyed the river for a day, but really didn’t want to leave the adorable property!

This was our first visit to Reflections and it more than met our expectations in every way possible! The self check-in system was easy to use and share with all our guests who stayed with us. Having the same code for the house and three cabins was convenient. Our visit was during a warm summer week and so the beautiful spacious, shady back yard with its refreshing swimming pool and hot tub is where we enjoyed most of our family time among the huge hydrangea flowers. The kitchen was amply stocked and the gas barbeque worked flawlessly. Tuckered out from our fun together we all had comfortable places to retreat to for a good night’s sleep in the three cabins and two bedrooms in the house.

July 4th Getaway

Family and friends like to escape the heat and crazy fireworks around the 4th, so we choose a location near the coast or in the mountains. This location was perfectly tucked in between both, with redwood forests on one side, and the coast on the other. Each family was able to stay in their own bungalow with room and bathroom, and we would all gather in the kitchen during meal time. The pool was great to lay out in as was the hot tub. Overall it's a nice quiet location that's perfect for bigger groups.

Outstanding Stay

This was our Family’s second time staying at Reflections. Having the cottages is a huge plus when staying with family, everyone had their own place to retreat to. The kitchen is well stocked, and the access to a washer and dryer is a plus with small children. The location is perfect for day trips, a walk in the Redwoods and a visit to the river.

Magical Stay - Perfect Home for a Getaway

This house was absolutely magical! It was the perfect space for our group—thoughtfully laid out, super clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking and sharing meals so easy and enjoyable. We loved having a central area to gather and spend time together, but also really appreciated that everyone had their own space to sleep and recharge. It struck the perfect balance of cozy and spacious. I can’t recommend this place enough—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Weekend get away

Out group of seven found Reflections to be the ideal property for us. We relaxed and had a thoroughly good time. The privacy afforded by the three cabin suites was perfect. The back yard dinning and pool area were so comfortable that we ended up staying in much more than we planned. The design of the property is a little quirky and there were a few minor maintenance issues that we reported but, in my experience, the same is true of most properties in the Russian River area. All in all, should we be back in the area we would definitely stay at Reflections again.

Situated on a quiet road in the well sought out Armstrong Woods valley, Reflections is located within a 5 minute drive to Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Preserve. This area is a desired location for locals and victors alike. This park has a special place in my heart because my parents were married there.

This home is located just far enough out of town that you feel removed from the town's activities, yet close enough that you may choose to walk to town for an afternoon lunch & ice-cream, or an early dinner. Less than a 5 minute drive from Guerneville, yet on point with your own hot tub, seasonally heated swimming pool ( May-September ), and multiple sleeping accommodations, Reflections is known for all its fun and games. Updated kitchen in the main house, updated cabins, and professionally cleaned between each stay. A smart choice for a vacation getaway.
