Direct private water access provides ideal conditions for kayaking, paddle boarding nestled in a dead end location offering a secluded private cove and heavily wooded waterfront. Continue the outdoor activities with a firepit, cornhole & gas grill. Located 3 mi from Seagull Beach, wineries, golf courses & manyrestaurants. Immaculate wellcared for!
3 bedrooms (Queen, Full & Twin beds - conducive to 5 people) open living space to kitchen, dining and family rooms .2 large decks overlooking the water.

plenty of parking in the driveway will accomodate 5+ cars. Will need a vehicle to get around the area
Ideal property for baby boomers and families to take advantage of a serene and private environment to chill out and relax after a day of golfing, fishing, walking, cycling, swimming or simply participating in various activities that are free or discounted for senior citizens (for example, museums, art galleries, plays, local transport etc.). NOT CONDUCIVE to people interested in partying! There is a very STRICT noise ordinance which is continually monitored and patrolled by local police.
