- One Security Camera on site facing the gate & street
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home/Outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces

•Check-in instructions—including address, access code, and arrival details—are sent 2 to 3 days before arrival via a link with everything you need. Please do not show up to the house without your check in instructions.
• We Have a Guest Reference Guide in the home. Has everything you need to know for a seamless stay!
• Check-In: 4:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out (may be available for a fee.)
• Guest support is available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with emergency after-hours assistance.

Lovely cozy property

The house is nestled in a pretty Russian River area. Plenty of hikes around. The house is remodeled and seems pretty new. Very cozy and fit for 1 large or 2 small families

Beautiful forest retreat

Gorgeous home with updated interior and great natural lighting was a perfect spot for a girls weekend. The outdoor deck and hot tub were ideal to eat/hangout. The kitchen was well-equipped for simple cooking. A short walk down to the river to float and it was great. Even though you’re on the main road it felt so tranquil and serene.
