Le "Park" Avenue, condo rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© est situĂ© en plein cƓur de Traverse City. Offert en tant que location Ă  la semaine uniquement, ce niveau supĂ©rieur, entiĂšrement mis Ă  jour en 2018, comprend 3 chambres et 1, 5 salles de bains et peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  8 personnes avec 2 reines et 3 jumeaux (un gigogne) CanapĂ©-lit double. Les chambres ont des nuances d'assombrissement si vous envisagez de dormir, c'est l'endroit pour vous. Toutes les chambres et salle de bain complĂšte sont Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur. La salle de bain complĂšte offre une belle douche Ă  l'italienne. La moitiĂ© du bain est situĂ©e au niveau principal. Cuisine joliment amĂ©nagĂ©e avec comptoir en granit, lave-vaisselle, bar Ă  petit-dĂ©jeuner et nombreux articles pour prĂ©parer un repas. Beau condo / salle Ă  manger avec petit balcon. Air Central. L'Internet. Laveuse sĂ©cheuse. Les draps sont inclus.

Le parc F & M est situïżœïżœ de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue. Ici, vous pouvez pique-niquer ou laisser les enfants jouer sur la grande aire de jeux. Quartier calme et convivial avec de nombreux restaurants et boutiques juste en bas de la rue. DĂ©couvrez le thĂ©Ăątre national, l'opĂ©ra municipal et le musĂ©e Dennos pour quelque chose de diffĂ©rent. Louez un vĂ©lo et montez sur la piste de tarte qui s'Ă©tend sur des kilomĂštres. Les festivals et les foires, les Ă©tablissements vinicoles et bien plus encore font tous partie des activitĂ©s amusantes de Traverse City. Ceci est marcher Ă  tout emplacement.

This property was perfect for our family of 5!! Enough space & room inside to be together!! Having the lovely park on one side of the building and a 5 minute walk to the water on the other was wonderful! Was quiet and very clean. Amazing experience!

Loved this location, so close to walk downtown, and the park across the street is scenic from the balcony. The unit was perfect for us, family of 4, everyone had room for themselves, and lots of space to come together as a whole family. The unit had everything we needed. No issues with the wifi at all. All in all, it was a great week in this location! We will definitely book it again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fabulous. Within walking distance to everything downtown. There was plenty of room for 4 single girls. It's listed as 8 but that would only be doable with couples and kids. The balcony was nice to sit on at night. The furniture downstairs was relatively comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with dishes but not much else. The beds are HARD. We were not fans. The bathrooms were clean and the shower is great with plenty of warm water. There is one assigned parking spot. There are door codes which was really nice for our group. The living room has stains on the carpet that should be removed.

Great Location

The condo was cozy and spacious, with enough room for each of us to have our own bedroom. The location was with in walking distance to the water, which was very convenient. The property managers were very helpful, even allowing us to check in early as we had to prepare for a wedding. The only issue we encountered was not being able to connect to the wi-fi, The network name given didn't correspond to any of those that came up on our devices. Just a minor inconvenience, though.
