Located on a quiet street in North Pacific Beach, just 2 blocks to the beach, this newly remodeled spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home has it all for your family beach vacation! Large kitchen, central A/C, brand new bathrooms, garage and large yard with jacuzzi, BBQ, putting green and outdoor seating for relaxing with the ocean breeze and California sun. We provide all the beach gear and baby gear for your little ones! Professionally cleaned using enhanced cleaning protocols.

For sleeping arrangements, we have 4 huge bedrooms, with a king size bed in each room, except for one bedroom that has 2 twin beds, perfect for kids. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep up to 8 adults comfortably. We also have a sofa sleeper in the living room. Our home is perfect for a three-generation family, 2 families vacationing together, or 3-4 couples who are looking for a great beach getaway!

We just remodeled two full bathrooms and completely re-landscaped the backyard to add a jacuzzi, putting green, and lots of seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with drip, Keurig and Nespresso coffeemakers, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.

We provide all the linens, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels. There are full size washer and dryer and detergent. Provided beach gear includes boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, beach toys, and wagon. Pack light if you are vacationing with little ones. We offer a crib, two pack 'n plays, one high chair, and single and double strollers.

Parking are detached garage and free overnight street parking in front of the house. Internet speed is 500 Mbps.

We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. So sorry that we cannot accommodate animals of any type due to health concerns among our staff and guests.

For larger groups, we also have a separate 2 bedroom unit in the back available for 6 more people! The back unit is completely separate from the front house and there are no shared use of the backyard or beach equipment to maintain your privacy, but there is a gate we can open for guests who rent both units together. The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.

Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants.

There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. Getting Around:
Having a car is important to get around San Diego, but you can can walk to everything in Pacific Beach from this house. Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, playgrounds, bike rentals are all within walking distance.
