Take a break and unwind in the private 4 person hot tub or hang out by the firepit and bar-b-que in your fenced backyard. Pets are welcome. Fully Furnished and includes all utilities including cable and high speed wifi. Home is 1 bedroom/1 bath, and a work space. There's a pull out queen sofa sleeper in living room and two large SMART TV's (65"inches) plus a large front porch to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning or cocktails at night! Fully furnished, includes utensil's, towels, sheets, blankets, washer and dryer, etc. AMAZING mountain views surround you and walking distance a large grocery store, restaurants, transportation and lots more! It is a short ride to Old Colorado City, downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs with shopping, dining, coffee houses, entertainment, etc. Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak and so much more is a short drive from home! Minimum stay is 30 days.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please be sure to leave both sets of keys in the left desk drawer.
Please double check that you have all your personal items and remove all food you bought from fridge and pantry. Please take all trash out.
Please set heater/AC (2 mini splits) to 65 degrees and turn all lights off when you leave. Please make sure floor heaters and the thermostat on wall are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This neighborhood is perfect for enjoying all that “the Springs” has to offer! You are a short drive/bike ride to downtown, Old Colorado City and even Manitou Springs! All of them are a “must see” while you are visiting.

What makes this property unique

This home is 105 years old and we just updated almost everything….Including new heat/air (mini splits) and new appliances and flooring.
The hot tub is amazing and fenced back yard is perfect for your dog!
