¡Bienvenido a Sand Pebble! Esta casa adosada es de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, de tres niveles, justo en la arena en la comunidad cerrada de Sand Dollar Beach. Entra en el primer nivel a tu habitación tipo loft con dos camas gemelas (las almohadas son extraíbles), baño con ducha y escritorio con computadora e internet para que puedas ver el océano. Continúe al nivel medio de la sala de estar con TV de plasma HD con reproductor de cable y Blu-ray y chimenea de estilo suizo, comedor, cocina completa y acceso a la terraza con muebles de patio y barbacoa de gas. El tercer y último nivel es su dormitorio principal y el tercer dormitorio, ambos con puertas corredizas a la terraza del balcón más pequeño y escaleras directamente a la arena, al área de lavandería y al segundo baño con una combinación de bañera / ducha recientemente remodelada. Estás a poca distancia en coche de numerosas atracciones, i. mi. Famoso paseo marítimo, Gizdich Ranch para recoger bayas en Watsonville, Capitola Village para ir de compras o cenar en la arena, Moss Landing para practicar kayak o avistamiento de ballenas, o el Monterey Bay Aquarium. Fantastic place to enjoy the beach

Property was as good, or better, than advertised! Great views from all the rooms except the loft. Steps from the deck to a beautiful and uncrowded beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Condo is older, but well maintained and has ample parking. Multiple fire pits on the beach directly in front of rhe condos

Nice stay

We always have a nice stay. Proximity is the big attraction for us. Seals, dolphins and otters to name a few of the aquatic life.

Beautiful Beach!

We had a great time staying on La Selva beach. The condo was perfect for a short getaway to escape the summer heat. Restaurants and groceries are a drive away, so plan accordingly. Amazing sunrises and sunsets on the beach with a fire pit for your use.

Family trip

We had the best time! Location was amazing. Spent most of the time on the gorgeous beach. Only negatives were that the check in/out was 15 minutes from the house (not a huge deal, but it made timing the checkout a little more stressful) and the mattress in the loft was extra firm (bad for us, not necessarily everyone). Don’t come if you have a hard time with stairs. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

An epic birthday weekend

We rented the home for my boyfriend’s 54th birthday. The view was beautiful and the ambiance was very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed direct access to the beach and made several bonfires. The property was clean and had all the basics readily available. The only drawback was heating. It was extremely cold and the fireplace didn’t provide much warmth. It was almost unbearable the first night. Overall, we liked the property and enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed Christmas 2021!

This unit was, overall, a great place for our 2021 Christmas vacation. The unit is steps to the beach and provides awesome ocean views from each of the 3 levels. It’s an older unit, but well maintained and recent upgrades make it very comfortable. The only downside is that there were 5-6 remotes for the TV with no clear instructions of how to operate them. It was a challenge! Be sure to arrive with basic groceries (especially if you plan to prepare your meals) as the closest grocery store is a few miles away.

Perfect location!

My kids and I had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, right on the beach! We could run inside and grab a snack or use the bathroom or take a nap. If someone got tired they didn’t have to wait for everyone to be done at the beach. It was wonderful! I highly recommend this property to a family with kids!

Amazing views

This place was nice the beach is literally a stone throw away the house was nice the please around were nice and if you go when your almost there there will be a old man selling strawberry's buys some there perfect we did have a small mouse in the kitchen but its right on the beach got to expect some rodents but nothing crazy I would go again for sure. Safeway is about a 15 min drive away and do the whale watching we had a amazing time I love this place.

Nice for family with younger kids

Nice for 2 families with kids ages 7 and 4. Location was obviously much more quiet than the public areas which was what we were looking for. Close access to beach a plus. We caught surf perch, boogie boarded and found plenty of sea shells

Amazing with endless beach and ocean views

Cozy tri-level (3 stories, lots of stairs) right on the beach. Walk down (more stairs) to the sand and beach. Not a lot of people as the state beaches are about 1/4 mile away. The couches were super comfy and the beds too. Very clean and the kitchen was adequately equipped (bring your own spices). I will be back to this property for sure! oh, and take your beach walks in the morning to score some sand dollars. :)

Ideal beach retreat!

This beach house is wonderful, it has everything you need for your stay. We found it very clean and comfortable. Perfect Perfect location! the view is amazing from both balconies, it doesn’t get any better when the beach is your backyard. We will definitely return.

Sand Dollar Beach and .....family, priceless!

We have rented in this area before and loved that we got three nights for the price of two! So affordable especially on our limited retirement income! We were all so happy to spend time together even though weather was a little unpredictable it was enjoyable! Beds were comfortable, amenities a little lacking on the kitchen as far as silverware, wine glasses and paper goods! Also, some updates as far as sofa bed (maybe invest in a new one), and newer bedding ...especially with COVID in mind! You want to feel protected with new bedding! It also would have been nice to have a lockbox in place instead of traveling to Capitola, since we live in Gilroy! Maybe next time! Comfortable home right on the beach! Doesn’t get better than that!
