Bienvenue chez Sand Pebble! Cette maison de ville est un 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, à trois niveaux sur le sable dans la communauté fermée de Sand Dollar Beach. Entrez dans le premier niveau de votre chambre en mezzanine avec deux lits jumeaux (les oreillers sont amovibles), salle de bains avec douche et bureau d'ordinateur avec ordinateur et Internet afin que vous puissiez regarder l'océan! Continuez au niveau intermédiaire jusqu'au salon avec télévision plasma HD avec lecteur câble et Blu-ray et cheminée de style suisse, coin repas, cuisine complète et accès à la terrasse du balcon avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue à gaz. Le troisième et le dernier niveau sont votre chambre principale et votre troisième chambre à la fois avec des portes coulissantes sur un balcon plus petit et des escaliers directement sur le sable, la buanderie et la deuxième salle de bain avec un ensemble baignoire / douche récemment rénové. Vous êtes à une courte distance en voiture de nombreuses attractions, i. e. Promenade célèbre sur la plage, Ranch Gizdich pour la cueillette de baies à Watsonville, Capitola Village pour faire du shopping ou dîner sur le sable, Moss Landing pour faire du kayak ou de l'observation des baleines, ou Monterey Bay Aquarium. Nice stay

We always have a nice stay. Proximity is the big attraction for us. Seals, dolphins and otters to name a few of the aquatic life.

Great place and responsive management!

Our group of six loved our stay! When two small issues arose, I called the manager and both issues were taken care of immediately! Beautiful location on the beach!

Beautiful Beach!

We had a great time staying on La Selva beach. The condo was perfect for a short getaway to escape the summer heat. Restaurants and groceries are a drive away, so plan accordingly. Amazing sunrises and sunsets on the beach with a fire pit for your use.

Mid-week Getaway

This was a fantastic location right on the beach. The unit was comfortable but a little dated and tired looking. The beds were comfortable. It should be noted that there are 3 levels with multiple stairs.

Beach trip with the family a success!

Loved staying at this property! The location is amazing and the views are mesmerizing! We had two small children, and it was convenient to have the house so close to the beach. We had some great nights grilling our dinner on the deck while we watched the sunsets. The house was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen necessities. Thank you for letting us make some memories at your property!

Great family size townhouse on the beach

Cheerful, light, roomy, well appointed, great beach access, able to build a nice campfire in the ring on the beach for marshmallow roasting-s’mores, great surfing and fishing from shore and beautiful sunsets. Perfect for families and little kids. Good parking. Convenient location to Monterey Bay Aquarium and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Decent price! An overall good experience at Sand Dollar Beach.

Fantastic place to enjoy the beach

Property was as good, or better, than advertised! Great views from all the rooms except the loft. Steps from the deck to a beautiful and uncrowded beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Condo is older, but well maintained and has ample parking. Multiple fire pits on the beach directly in front of rhe condos

Family trip

We had the best time! Location was amazing. Spent most of the time on the gorgeous beach. Only negatives were that the check in/out was 15 minutes from the house (not a huge deal, but it made timing the checkout a little more stressful) and the mattress in the loft was extra firm (bad for us, not necessarily everyone). Don’t come if you have a hard time with stairs. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

You cannot beat the location of this property! Our family of 2 adults and 3 kids loved being able to walk out to the sand from the stairs off the downstairs bedrooms! We saw dolphins from the balcony multiple times! Quiet beach! House is nice. The couple minor issues we ran into were taken care of quickly. House is stocked with pots/pans/utensils! Overall we had a great time!

Amazing with endless beach and ocean views

Cozy tri-level (3 stories, lots of stairs) right on the beach. Walk down (more stairs) to the sand and beach. Not a lot of people as the state beaches are about 1/4 mile away. The couches were super comfy and the beds too. Very clean and the kitchen was adequately equipped (bring your own spices). I will be back to this property for sure! oh, and take your beach walks in the morning to score some sand dollars. :)

An epic birthday weekend

We rented the home for my boyfriend’s 54th birthday. The view was beautiful and the ambiance was very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed direct access to the beach and made several bonfires. The property was clean and had all the basics readily available. The only drawback was heating. It was extremely cold and the fireplace didn’t provide much warmth. It was almost unbearable the first night. Overall, we liked the property and enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed Christmas 2021!

This unit was, overall, a great place for our 2021 Christmas vacation. The unit is steps to the beach and provides awesome ocean views from each of the 3 levels. It’s an older unit, but well maintained and recent upgrades make it very comfortable. The only downside is that there were 5-6 remotes for the TV with no clear instructions of how to operate them. It was a challenge! Be sure to arrive with basic groceries (especially if you plan to prepare your meals) as the closest grocery store is a few miles away.

Perfect location!

My kids and I had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, right on the beach! We could run inside and grab a snack or use the bathroom or take a nap. If someone got tired they didn’t have to wait for everyone to be done at the beach. It was wonderful! I highly recommend this property to a family with kids!
