Sleep: Three cozy bedrooms, each featuring a brand-new queen mattress for a perfect night’s rest.
Gather: Two spacious living areas with ample seating—perfect for family movie nights on the Smart TV or quiet conversation.
Dine: A fully equipped chef’s kitchen and a sun-drenched deck perfect for sunrise coffee.
Refresh: Two full bathrooms (each with tub/shower combos), plus a washer/dryer and central heating for total comfort.
The Location Experience the magic of Surry! Start your morning with a short stroll to view Morgan Bay for a dip in the ocean or a nice walk with the distant peaks of Acadia National Park.
Adventure: Explore nearby Blue Hill Heritage Trust trails, bike the scenic Newbury Neck Road, or drive 5 minutes to the local beach for a swim.
Explore: We are centrally located for day trips to Blue Hill, Deer Isle, Stonington, and the bustling streets of Bar Harbor.

This home sits on 150 acres of private Maine wilderness that has been in our family for four generations. For us, this land is a sanctuary of quiet and safety. We love living here because we get the best of both worlds: the majestic beauty of Acadia is just a drive away, but our corner of the Newbury Neck Peninsula allows us to escape the crowds and return to the peace of the woods. We’ve kept the space clean, modern, and open so that other families and friends can create their own Maine memories here, just as our family has for decades.
