Welcome to Long Beach Resort, where you will begin your long awaited vacation in this lovely unit overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the unbelievable, wall to wall floor to ceiling ocean views from every room of this spacious, 1400 square foot condo located on the third floor of Tower 2. The resort is convenient to everything from great restaurants to a super WalMart right across the street! There is a huge lagoon pool (6800 sq ft) with islands and waterfalls, three whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), on-site bar and grill (seasonal), umbrella chair rental on site as well during season as 24 hour gated access and security with plenty of parking.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and features a large flat screen tv. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, and two queen beds in the second bedroom, both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Each bedroom has an updated full bath with new granite vanities, and upgraded cabinets, and walk in showers. The spectacular full kitchen has all the necessary appliances and tableware with plenty of cabinets to store your groceries! The kitchen also features new granite countertops and custom cabinets. The living/dining area and both bedrooms open out onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 sq ft of sandy white beach.

This Unit is Non Smoking, No Pets Allowed, and Renter Must Be at Least 25 Years of Age and Occupy the Unit for the Entire Rental.

Now our favorite place.

Great floor plan. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the condo was super clean. Well decorated with a nice recliner sofa. Walk to the beach was nice, only three steps to go down on the board walk. Best part was the large deck and comfortable chairs to watch the ocean and sun set! The Winters family would stay here again!

Great Vacation

This property was beautiful! We have stayed at this resort for 4 years now and it is amazing. This condo was a two bedroom and two bath and it was so spacious, we felt right at home. We definitely will be back next year! Kim's Condos is great to work with.
