Early 20th century coastal home recently renovated and converted into a duplex. Only the Landings East side has been renovated, while plans for Landings West are still undecided. Awesome waterfront views, just steps from the coastline. Rustic interior with modern amenities make this a perfect getaway, comfortable and cozy. Removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Boothbay Harbor, you'll appreciate the views and privacy, but really just a short walk to town gives you the accessibility and ability to park your car for most of your stay. This is a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. We do not pro-rate for shorter stays, nor do we offer nightly rates.
The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, with the master bedroom facing the water with a large bay window to soak up the view. The master bath is located just outside in the hall. The larger, street facing bedroom has it's own full bath located on the main floor. Both have queen size, poster beds. Bedrooms have window AC and ceiling fans. There are flatscreen TVs in the bedrooms and living room.
The huge deck on the back, accessible from the dining room and sunroom, provides plenty of space for morning coffee or evening cocktails, with an incredible ocean view. Or why not morning cocktails and evening coffee?

Cancellation Policy - It you must cancel, 75% of the deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the week that's been cancelled. If we are unable to re-rent the week, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

50% of rental fees, $250 refundable security deposit due when reserving, along with 2 signed rental agreements.
Balance amount of rental fees due 2 weeks prior to check-in. Personal or Cashier's check.

Owner's cancellation policy:
50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.

This was an overdue renovation of a fantastic coastal home on the grounds of our Inn, that was converted into a duplex years ago. The Landings East side has been totally renovated. The unrenovated side is still under consideration and we're undecided what to do next with that. The location provides a highly sought after view for vacationers. This is the type of accommodation you really want to be in during season.
