Welcome to Bear Necessities! Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin offers a cozy retreat where tranquility meets adventure in the heart of Todd, NC.

Bear Necessities is more than just a place to stay—it's a haven where unforgettable memories are made. The cabin features comfortable amenities that will make you feel right at home. Relax in the warm and inviting living spaces, enjoy the crackling outdoor fire pit on chilly evenings, or soak up the sun on the scenic porch.

As the name suggests, the cabin pays homage to the majestic bears that roam these mountains. Experience the charm of rustic decor inspired by nature's noble creatures. Let the bear-themed artwork and furnishings immerse you in the cozy ambiance of your surroundings.

As you step inside, you'll find an inviting sitting and dining area complete with a sectional sofa, electric fireplace, and Smart flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table for six. A few steps up, the kitchenette is equipped with an extra refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker.

On this level, you'll also find a full kitchen and another living area with a dining table, flat-screen TV, and two full bedrooms with a shared hall bath. The first bedroom offers two cozy twin beds and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers a comfy queen bed. The shared hall bath features a shower/tub combo.

Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious king bedroom complete with an ensuite bath featuring a spacious shower. You are sure to enjoy relaxing in bed while watching your favorite movie.

Outside, you'll find a large covered front porch where you can sit back and enjoy views of the New River or even enjoy a meal that you’ve prepared on the gas grill. For those cool evenings, curl up by the fire pit and roast s’mores as you watch the fireflies.

Note: Pets allowed with a $75 per stay per pet. Airbnb/VRBO will only automatically charge one pet. The host will add an additional $75 for each pet if you are bringing more than one pet.
