Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure the security light is on outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 11 pm-7 am
Put all dirty towels and linens in the bathtub
Trash MUST be taken off prior to check out. Take ALL trash to The Bell Shack located at 576 Shake Rag Road.

Refreshing

We were the first guests and everything was well prepared for us. It was easy access from town, clean and charming. Communication was easy and prompt. Laying on the porch bed swing and looking at the mountain was amazing. We will be back.

The house was beautiful. Setup was outstanding. We love the cardinals and everything about faith and pleasant homey like setting. Couldn't find a hot tub but we wasnt there long enough to use one anyway everything else was awesome. We love the swing on the front porch as well. Will definitely keep this address in mind next time we go to Lake Chatuge. Thanks Nicole for staying in touch checking in to make sure we made it and everything being okay.

Just okay

Overall, the place was okay. There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap, and there were light bulbs missing out of the fixture. I couldn’t find the coffee maker. It provided me a place to sleep for the night, but that’s all that it did.

This neighborhood holds a special place to me. I was raised a few houses up the street. This house holds a very dear place as it is the house my grandfather built. I was able to purchase the home and remodel it to turn it into an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
