Take use of the host-provided coffee & Keurig coffee maker, tea & tea kettle, microwave, toaster, and loads of other basic amenities! Includes wine glasses, coffee mugs, dishes, drinkware, silverware and useful basics.

- Laundry Room: Take use of the in-unit washer/dryer provided for any needs you may have during your stay. Hosts also provide dryer sheets & "Free & Clear" laundry detergent for your convenience. Extra linens, towels, and pillows provided as well, for your pleasure.

- Fully-Fenced Private Patio: Enjoy your morning coffee and unwind in the evening on the fully-fenced, private patio surrounded by our quiet neighborhood’s charm. Comfy patio furniture with room for four -- includes a two-seater loveseat & two comfy lounge chairs.

- Convenient, Chic Amenities: Stay comfortable with air conditioning throughout the guest house, in-unit laundry, and ample street parking just outside the front steps.

Guests can enjoy full access of the guesthouse, including the fully-fenced private patio. One primary suite with a king-size bed, a full kitchen & bathroom, and a breezy living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa with premium linens. Welcome and enjoy!

Important Notes

— There is a small flight of stairs (four steps) from the sidewalk/street level to enter the level of the guesthouse. Once in, the home has a threshold step to enter, and then is all single level.

— Ultra-high-speed wifi provided throughout the stay.

— The space is a beautiful ADU off the main house. The space (guesthouse) is fully private with separate, secure entry.

— Parking is street only; ample space right outside! Please do not park on the driveway of the main house. No access allowed.
