Welcome to this BEAUTIFUL HOME!! Construction finished in July 2024. Be among the FIRST to stay in this one-of-a-kind river front home, equally spacious inside and out. Sitting on 1.7 acres of riverfront on the Nantahala River inside the Nantahala National Forest, the property offers the greatest privacy and serenity of any home on the Nantahala. 650 Feet of riverfront! Walk in for fly fishing right off the property. Slide in your own raft or kayak from the property and be on your way down river! Walking distance to Bartram Trailhead. The Appalachian Trail (AT) cuts right through the Forest this property sits in and is accessible from many points. Mountain biking also available immediately off the property.
