The Carriage House is a two-story, spacious home-away-from-home with an open bedroom/living space downstairs. Up the spiral staircase is a large dining area, sunny kitchen, bathroom with shower and Toto bidet toilet seat, and a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The private balcony, surrounded by trees and songbirds, is a peaceful place for a meal or a good book. Parking is right outside the door, and complimentary laundry machines, Wi-Fi, and two televisions with streaming are at your disposal. Well-behaved cats and dogs are welcome with a pet deposit.

We’re located in the heart of Sebastopol, just a 5 minute stroll from charming downtown where you can grab coffee, shop, enjoy a meal, visit a gallery, and more. Go for a nature walk on the trail that runs behind the property. Visit the weekly farmer’s market and prepare a fresh meal in the well-appointed kitchen. Everything you need is within easy reach: grocery and drug stores, farm-to-table restaurants, wineries and cheesemakers, and The Barlow - an open air market with local food and libations, artisan crafts and goods, and live music and events. Bodega Bay and the Sonoma Coast are a short 20 minute drive where you can go kayaking, fishing, birding, sightseeing, or simply enjoy a nice bowl of chowder by the water.
