Beat the summer heat here! While the house has Central A/C with multiple sector controls, it is also naturally cool, because of shading from surrounding pine trees. It also has a beautiful stone-cold tiled kitchen.

Like a home in the country, but conveniently located in the village. All rooms are spacious—living room, dining room, kitchen, and the 4 BRs. Mama Kin has a state-of-the-art Central A/C with multiple sectors. It has Wifi, cable, large, front porch, huge back porch, big backyard. The kitchen has granite counter tops & and a 4-seat island. Then there's that stone-cold flooring. Mama Kin has so much to offer guests! With over 3500 sq ft, it is large enough for a family getaway. With the masterful design it is romantic enough for a couple's getaway.

Richfield Springs is perfectly located halfway between Cooperstown & Utica. Enjoy baseball & more baseball in charming Cooperstown. While in the other direction, Utica is one of the most diverse US cities. Not your same old, Upstate NY city, It's also on Zagats' Best Small City List for restaurants. A foodie's paradise! Plus it "sports" professional soccer & hockey teams.

Beautiful location and amazing home

Absolutely loved this property was beautiful and the house was a joy to be in. The host was a true pleasure to deal with, he communicated effectively and responded so quickly. He went above and beyond for our family and made our trip to NY and absolute joy.

Would not recommend, very unkept ! Kitchen, dirty pots & pans left in stove & on top of stove, water filter light reading needs to be changed, mold on the water dispenser. No appropriate dishes to use, not 1 coffee mug( had to purchase). Little to no silverware and kitchen utensils.(had to wash all items before use in the kitchen).No place to put clothes in, no dressers or bureaus. Closets full of storage for someone who’s living in the home. One closet had a half a door or maybe 3/4 of a door and was not accessible. Rugs on top of rugs with no coordination to the room. living area was the only room with a TV in it, TV too small for the size of the room. Personal items left all over the home tools, including inside kitchen, cupboard, and drawers.Laundry room also used as the trash room. Trash bin was just a hamper with no cover bags on the floor for recyclables washer, visible mold around the opening didn’t use it. No appropriate place to sit outside, both back porch in front porch unkept. Threshold to back porch patched with cardboard and electrical tape. If you were looking to come here to relax, this is Not the place to stay! Host was available, but not apologetic after expressing unsatisfactory findings on the first night in the home.Area where the house is located is desolate broken down homes surrounding the property.Quaint little town, but run down and closed storefront. Did enjoy music Wednesday night in a small park. House shouldn’t be on any listing for guest
