高速道路の内陸側にある木々に囲まれたこの3階建てのタウンハウスは、とても価値があります。
それぞれ低層階にある2つの更新されたベッドルームにクイーンサイズベッドが備わり、フルバスルームが改装されました（2011年6月）。
ミッドレベルには新しいペンキとフローリング、オーク材のキャビネットと花崗岩のカウンタートップ、そして新しい食器洗い機と電子レンジで改装された最新のフルキッチンがあります。
また、中層階の快適なリビングルームには、���ミネートフローリング（2011年秋）、薪暖炉、ソファーベッド、テレビ/ DVD、CD /カセットプ���ーヤー、ゲーム、4人用ダイニングテーブル、2つのカウンタースツールがあります。
3階はシングルベッド2台、TV / VHS、3/4バスルームを備えたロフトベッドルームです。 より新しい��濯機と乾燥機、すべての更新された窓と新しいデッキと羽目板もまた！
街のすぐ外では、夏にはタホシティや美しいスカイランディアビーチへの自転車での散歩を楽しんだり、ゲレンデで1日のリゾートに車で少しド��イブしたりできます。

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was conveniently located just outside Tahoe City. The management group was easy to work with even when we had to add a day to trip last minute for flight cancelation. I gave three stars on a few things as the place and amenities were dated and there was a bit of visible mouse droppings throughout the place. All in all, the place is decent enough for the price.

Decor is very old fashioned. Beds wiggle quite a bit when rolling over. It’s a 25 minute walk to the lake. On the other side of road, then must walk all the way down Lake Forest Drive. No A/C but they have fans. Tennis courts and pool are nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Complex is very quiet and clean. Can hear some traffic noise from main road. Pretty forest setting.

hidden gem

We had a wonderful weekend stay here. the location is very convenient. WE didn't try any of the amenities like the clubhouse, pool or tennis courts but we could see them from the balcony. Would stay here again next time we visit.

Needs improvement for the price

Cheesy and in poor condition. Wifi Name and pass code provided by manager were incorrect. Toaster was broken and manager never replaced it during our stay.

First impression house was nice and cozy, only downside was all the stairs.

Property was well equipped with all we needed from extra towels, toilet paper, kitchen towels. Only thing the rental was short of was trash bags. Overall we were comfortable at this rental, very close by to town and beaches.

property is as portrayed, comfortable for our family of 6 adults, BUT

please note that wifi is extremely slow. Hauserman Rental Agency was a huge help with a hotspot to boost it, but I did ask at least 3 times (before booking) about doing work online as some people had to take computers with them to work remotely. I think they said the speed was .5 something (from AT&T). A whole lot slower than what we're used to. Rental agency was extremely fast in trying to help us get connected and gave us great ideas for restaurants, things to see, etc. Hopefully owners will update wifi speed for next renters. Place is comfortable, cozy, etc. I did see that it didn't have AC, and again, the rental agency lent us fans for the bedrooms, which made it much more tolerable. If I may make a suggestion, the owners might want to buy some beach chairs (for use at the lake) and replace the chairs on the deck with some sturdier ones. The place is easily accessible, great parking, and close to the lake (within walking distance.)

Thanks for all your very constructive suggestions Jody! The homeowner is working on the majority of these issues while he is in town. As far as the internet goes, we are happy to report that the homeowner has switched to a completely different company, and the speeds are now at least 50Mbps. Good stay for a last minute reservation

More like 3 1/2 stars. Clean, convenient, good parking, comfortable, all the conveniences you need if you're using it as a home base for other activities, which we were. A bit dated on the inside but what isn't in Tahoe. The only complaint is that there must be hole in the rafters above the patio window because a bird was flying in and out of the living room occasionally.
