Amazing location, perfect for our family. It was clean and comfortable. Loved the fact that each bedroom had a full bath, a large table that everyone could sit at, and a nice backyard. We were so happy with our decision to stay here. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home for a stay in a great town. Only thing that kept it from a 5 star is that the advertised beds are misleading. There is only one king bed and the other two are queens. Can't believe that the rental agency allows this to be published like that.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was an unexpected gem. Located at the north end of town, it is near several Saugatuck attractions. We found the house to be clean and comfortable. The house is nicely appointed. Each bedroom has a its own style, all pleasing, and ceiling fans. The property has two private patios. The front patio contains the hot tub (rather worn), a pair of adirondacks, and a gas grill. The rear patio has a large table with umbrella and an outdoor sectional. This can only be accessed from an outdoor gate. This is a very nice place to call home while vacationing in Saugatuck. The only drawback we encountered was the lack of any grassy area for our dog. Finally, should the need arise, the management team was superb. Great thanks. Highly recommend this property and Three Arbors.
