¡NUEVO DUEÑO! ¡Este condominio está consiguiendo una nueva mirada y nuevos BEACH VIBES! Ubicado en el Ocean Inn. Mirando a través de las hojas de la palma de este condominio, podr�� vislumbrar las olas a solo una cuadra de distancia. Este espacioso condominio de "nivel 2" en el segundo piso de 1br / 1ba tiene una cocina completa y tiene capacidad para 4. Hay una cama king en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar, lo que lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para familias pequeñas. El baño ha sido renovado con azulejos, vidrio y mármol.

Hay una singularidad en este plano de planta debido a que las escaleras suben al maestro y al área de la cocina. Perfect for our Beach Trip!

My daughter and I loved this property and overall experience with Beth. Great communication throughout and the property was well positioned to the beach entrance as well as all of our favorite restaurants. The unit itself was laid out very well and spacious and we lacked for nothing while there for 4 days. Would highly recommend this property!

We love this property! The location is the ideal! Walking distance to Cafe Paname with the best coffee and almond croissant! The beach is a short walk, and the pool is enjoyable in the late afternoons. Our updated rental was clean and decorated adorably with all the comforts of home! This is our third time visiting here and it won't be our last! Until next time...

Steps up to the kitchen and bedroom a little narrow but manageable. Oven in kitchen runs very hot. Very nice quiet location with great ocean breeze. Owner very nice.

Everything was great!!!

From the moment that you drive into the parking lot, you feel as though you are in paradise!!! The location is great--it says 1blk away from the beach but it feels a lot closer!!! All the information that I needed to get into the condo was given to me in advance and the property manager was very responsive leading up to my visit. Once there, the condo was perfect--great for a small group--4 people or less. The kitchen was clean and decently stocked, but you didn't feel claustrophobic in it as it was very large. The bedroom was the perfect size with a king bed, and the living room area was quaint, but to be honest, most days and nights were spent on the beach/on the strip so you may only be in the room to sleep and eat breakfast. I will be returning here!!!!

Thank you for your review, Ron. I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to your return. You used the word "quaint" which I love. Our entire complex is on the quaint side but many like that about it. We have full-time residents here too, not just vacation rentals. We strive to make it a place we'd bring our own families to vacation....and many owners do. If you want predictable accommodations, we suggest a hotel. If you want to stay in someone's special getaway property, close to everything you might need at the beach, and that will remind you of a simpler time, come on to The Ocean Inn. Just perfect!

Everything about stay was perfect. This condo was clean, spacious, cozy and just all around amazing. We had a family of four and there was plenty of space. The walk to the beach is shorter than what I have experienced in ocean front properties. Beth went above and beyond from the time we booked our stay. You can't beat great customer service and this place has that plus more!! I wish I could more than 5 stars!

Perfect place to stay. Just a short walk to the beach. They provide a cart to use to roll your stuff down to the beach plus a few other things. Great location and perfect for dogs!!!!

Great Little Place

This was perfect for my wife and me. It was very clean, well stocked even with beach chairs/cart. Very convenient to multiple restaurants (including 2 across the street), shopping, and, of course, the beach. Only negative (tiny one for us) is very little view of ocean/beach from the apartment/patio/walkway. We will stay here again next time.

Perfect getaway

Loved the location. Walked to Acme Low Country restaurant for excellent food. Quiet, perfect set up for a couple. We had a rental car for trips to Charleston etc. Would love to come back again.

The owners of this condo purchased it after being guests here while raising their kids over the last 20+ years. Offering this condo to you in a dream come true for them as they now bring their grown kids and grandchildren to their favorite spot. The condo is simple and uncomplicated. The steps going to and fro between the living area, bedroom, and kitchen are reminiscent of the original layout before additions "back in the day" changed the floor plan.

Beach Vibes is exactly what the name suggests. The moment you walk in, it just feels like the beach. The style is relaxed, colorful, and comfortable without being over the top.

Guests love how easy this place is to settle into. The split level layout gives the condo a little extra character and separation, making it feel more spacious than many one bedroom units in the building.

It has also become a guest favorite because it’s simply set up well. Everything you need for a beach stay is here, from a well stocked kitchen to comfortable spaces for relaxing after a long day outside.

Step outside and you’re just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, and local spots around the island. Many guests park the car when they arrive and spend the rest of their stay exploring on foot.
