About this property

Three Little Birds! Porch + walk to the beach!

This is a spacious 2br 2ba upstairs unit of a home with an extra large living room that has a futon & a room divider. It can easily function as a 3br home and sleeps six guests - There is also a queen size blow-up mattress available in a closet.

Queen bed in master bedroom & full-size bed in second bedroom. The rooms are similar sizes, but the master has larger closet space and separate bathroom. The shared bathroom is behind the kitchen at the back of the home.

The front door enters into a large, sunlit living room spanning the width of the home. This room has a futon sofa bed & sitting chairs on one side & regular sofa, armchairs & SmartTV on other end. There is a room divider which can offer the futon bed privacy.

Feel free to use the fully stocked kitchen to cook meals, or if cooking isn't on the agenda, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We are happy to suggest local favorites!

Relax with a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine on the screened in front porch, and enjoy your meals on the spacious raised back porch with a custom built picnic table & a patio set with umbrella.

There is an enclosed & fully private outdoor shower, making it easy to rinse off when coming back from a beach day.

There is front and back-yard parking. Ample space!

The house comes with corn-hole, bocce ball & a Wii with games!


The downstairs are of the home is locked owner storage and the only area you do not have access to. We ask everyone to be respectful of parking + noise. * home-owner or personal guests might occasionally be on premises downstairs. *

Laundry: welcome to use the laundry, but keep in mind my cleaners might keep linens in there that they were drying on their way out. Please do me a favor & press a dry cycle again if still damp or anything :)

Easiest check in and check out ever. I also accidentally booked the wrong day and I reached out hoping to change it but the house was already booked for that day. They offered to help me find a different accommodation which was very kind. I ended up keeping the wrong day and I'm very glad I did.Best part was that it's right next to the public access beach path. So easy for my kids and I to walk over to the beach.

We came on this trip to relax and this home provided everything we needed for that. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of room both inside and out to sit and enjoy the home. We loved how close the home was to the beach and the huge selection of beach chairs to use. Home is close enough to walk to local shops, restaurants, and bars if you like. We wanted to cook at the property some and we were pleased with the selection of kitchen items available to prepare our meals. We did reach out with some questions and we received a response very quickly. My wife loved sitting in the front room with all the windows while she was reading. We feel like this home provides everything is claims in the listing and we would stay here again.

Cozy beach house, perfect location

Me and my friends did a little staycation here for my 30th birthday and it did not disappoint! Steps to the beach access, 10 min walk to Bert’s market and 15 min walk to the center street. Had everything we needed to make coffee, grill out etc. lovely screened in front porch. Plenty of parking front and back. Clean house/bathrooms. Highly recommend!!

The location was perfect! The beach is just around the corner. When it was real quiet, I could hear the waves. The home had so many areas to relax outside. They provided extra linens and beach towels. There was even beach gear available. Only half mile to the pier, shopping and food. Downtown Charleston is less than 30 min drive. There is so much to do in Folly, we didn’t have time to do all that we wanted. We are excited to plan our next visit

It was the perfect size house for our family. It was clean, easy to access and the Host was very responsive anytime we had a question. The accessibility to the beach couldn’t have been better and everything we want to do was within walking distance. There were even beach chairs that came in handy. It was just about the perfect weekend. The weather took away our beach day, nothing anyone could do about that. I will also say, everyone where we went, the staff were so so friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

This property was exactly as described. Perfect for a short walk to the beach, I do recommend renting a golf cart to go into town it made it much easier getting around. The host responded to any questions very promptly. It was clean , easy check in and quiet. Would definitely rent again.
