The Surf Shack was the perfect location for walking to the beach and visiting family close by. It was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We will be back!

Very warm and welcoming place. Lighting was great. Very comfortable. Easy to cool the house down. Separate studio unit for the kids worked really well. Kitchen had exactly what we needed. Well stocked with beach equipment. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. Convenient distance from all worthwhile areas. We will likely return!

We were in Santa Cruz for one of our children’s engagement. This was a perfect spot to stay. The accommodations were very nice, located on a quiet street. The host was attentive and responsive. The house was convenient to the surrounding area. We went to Los Gatos, Carmel, Monterrey and Pebble Beach while visiting. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Santa Cruz.
