There is a fully equipped kitchen for those who enjoy a meal prepared at home after a day of adventure in the beautiful surrounding mountains. The dining room features a large hand-crafted heart pine farm table for meals, games, puzzles or card games. The living room provides ample seating for watching television or movies from a selection of DVD's. There is also a Wi-Fi connection in the home. Enjoy your morning or after dinner coffee in the adjoining sunroom and watch for the neighborhood white squirrel!

The private fenced back yard has a large deck area, grill, patio table and fire pit to enjoy the beautiful seasons of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Area activities include the Flat Rock Playhouse, Carl Sandburg Home, Jump-Off Rock, Sierra Nevada Brewery, Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore Estate, Dupont State Forest, Sky-Top Orchard, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure and Asheville.
There are numerous hiking, biking and walking trails. There is an entrance to the Oklawaha Greenway walking and biking trail at the end of the street which connects three parks in Hendersonville. Downtown Hendersonville features numerous festivals and events throughout the year as well as great restaurants, shops, brew houses and entertainment There is always something to do in Historic Hendersonville.
