This charming cottage offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Natural light floods the bright interior, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere with all the amenities you need for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Enjoy quiet mornings with coffee on the porch and peaceful evenings under the stars, while still having quick access to all the attractions that make this area special.

This adorable, one-room cottage is on the owner's property, but you'll enjoy a spacious, private deck facing away from the main house. We're nearby if you need us, but won't intrude!
There's a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, counter-top induction range and electric griddle, and grill on the deck. You'll be totally set up with all you need to make a meal at home when you're not sampling the amazing restaurants and breweries this area is known for!
The deck has seating and covered dining area, flowers, and your own herb garden. Tomatoes, too in season!
There's a small bathroom with shower. We're well stocked with kitchen & bathroom essentials, linens, and some books and games, too.
The cottage is a comfy cozy 250 square feet- the deck is an additional 450!

Wonderful little place!

The property is beautiful, great location (out of the way but close enough to everything), gorgeous setting that made us feel peaceful and happy. Flowers, lovely outdoor area, comfy bed, homey, and the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. Absolutely will come back!

This was the perfect little cottage for me and my partner! It’s absolutely adorable, and perfect for disconnecting from the outside world. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for a bit. I loved this property so much, and the best part was how close the cottage is to the owners house. As a 19 year old girl I want to travel alone, but it can be scary to be a female alone. So staying on Mrs. Katherine’s property was amazing. I was able to be “alone” without being completely alone, surrounded by people who could help if needed. I could see playground equipment and toys in the houses around where the cottage is. It is very comforting to know the surrounding area has a lot of families and feels safe to have children. The space is so cute and comfortable. For any women traveling alone, I don’t think places to stay get much better than this. P.S. the restaurant Mizu is sooooo good!!!

Ever want to just quit your job, run away to the mountains, live in a little house with no TV and allow yourself to stare blankly at the wall with not a thought in your brain? This place is your opportunity to do that, but you don't have to quit your job! Cottage is adorable and close to Asheville. 15-20 minutes might sound far but when you're on winding roads that keep you in fear of meeting our Maker at any second, it's quite a fast drive into town. Very clean space. Owner of the property puts flowers and herbs from their own garden out. No complaints.
