Thoughtfully designed with stylish coastal touches throughout, this inviting retreat is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the Pacific coast.
The spacious open floor plan creates an ideal gathering space for families and friends, featuring both casual dining in the kitchen and a formal dining/living area. The cozy propane fireplace adds warmth and charm after a day spent exploring the shoreline.
The primary suite offers a private bath with a soaking tub and peaceful ocean views. Both guest bedrooms also enjoy scenic views, while a charming bunk room off the hallway provides a fun sleeping space perfect for children.
Step outside to enjoy the large front patio, ideal for sunbathing, outdoor dining, or simply soaking in the fresh ocean air. The protected hot tub, enclosed on three sides with glass, offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, sandy dunes, and beach—creating the perfect setting for relaxation any time of day.

Perfect house for a family getaway, we had plenty of space with a beautiful view of the ocean. It wasn’t on the main room so it felt safer and more private with still having good access to the beach and dunes. We rode our bikes throughout the campground and had a amazing time!

A gem on the coast. A short walk to the water and great coast views. A quiet neighborhood as well. Host is extremely responsive to any question. The house is well stocked with beach toys and bikes for kids in the garage. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again

This house really satisfied my desire to feel like I was right on the beach. The windows are large and look out over the water. It was rainy and cold outside, but the cozy fireplace provided warmth and enhanced the atmosphere inside. Perfectly set up for young children with toys and beds. My 31/2 year old granddaughter loved the bunk room! The adults enjoyed very comfortable sleeping quarters, too!

We stayed for Christmas for 5 days and it was perfect! We loved going in the hot tub at night and enjoying the stars. The garage is full of kids bikes and beach toys, a wagon, double stroller. The views were incredible. Caught crab on the beach at Lawsons. Not even 5 minute walk to Dillon beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The house has a wonderful energy. The house is just as described. We enjoyed games by the fireplace. We would definitely book again if staying in the area.

Perfect Week-end Getaway

We really enjoyed the place. Used the hot tub for getting warm after a cold walk on the beach. Loved the location and all the beds were super comfortable. The little room with the bunk beds is tiny, but our 17 year old had a great night's sleep there.

The perfect family beach house

This is by far the best beach house we have rented (we rent various houses in the beach for long weekends 2-3 times a year) family friendly but nice, well laid out and well stocked. Comfortable beds and a short walk to a perfect beach

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is fantastic with a great view. The house is very accommodating and comfortable. We look forward to returning to this lovely house in Dillon Beach soon. The house is close to Lawson’s Landing where we spent fantastic days fishing for Dungeness crabs.
