Disponible par Luxury Beach Rentals, South Wind Resort est situĂ© au cƓur du Grand Strand dans une section de plage trĂšs familiale. Cette suite penthouse de 4 chambres au 15Ăšme Ă©tage est en bord de mer et offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'Atlantique bleu. Ce condo offre une chambre principale en bord de mer avec lit king et accĂšs Ă  l'Ă©norme balcon enveloppant en bord de mer. La salle de bain principale offre des comptoirs en granit, des vanitĂ©s doubles, une grande baignoire jacuzzi, une douche sĂ©parĂ©e et un dressing ainsi que du carrelage. La deuxiĂšme chambre offre un lit king, la troisiĂšme chambre offre un lit queen et la quatriĂšme chambre offre deux lits queen. Les autres caractĂ©ristiques comprennent des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat, une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des comptoirs en granit, ce condo crĂ©e un sĂ©jour spacieux et spacieux pour vous et vos invitĂ©s. the pool was closed and there was mantaince being done when we went. however everyone had a enough space to not be ontop of each other. we are already talking about coming back

Very nice location , if traveling with older adults not very friendly bathroom utilization not ADA compliant at all. Not all TV’s would work properly, could not control temp in the unit at all. Entire unit needs to be refreshed with new furniture as well. View and space on balcony was the best part and location

Location is awesome, communication is great. It does need to be updated, the carpet is torn in one of the bedrooms, garbage disposal was leaking. Otherwise, we still enjoyed our stay

Family vacation

Came to celebrate daughter’s 17th birthday and had a total of 8 people. The space was perfect for us, the beach being so close was amazing!! Having a fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking and making snacks for 6 teenagers. The host was easy to communicate with and we will be staying there again!

Large clean space but needs new beds!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the size of the space and the amenities of the building. The only negative were the beds. They were very uncomfortable. Soft, noisy when rolling over to the point of waking you up. I would stay again if I new they upgraded their mattresses!

Beautiful view, apartment needs update

The view was amazing. Best part of the stay, no matter the hour of day. The apartment itself, is in need of a thorough cleaning. Tile floors were dirty in need of a very thorough scrubbing. I would also suggest an upgrade to mattresses, living room carpet and sofa. The view overshadowed our concerns, but would only rebook with upgrades as stated.

It was okay
. Very rundown penthouse.

Beds were awful with springs coming out of the mattresses. The beds squeaked with any movement. The neighbors smoked ALOT. Anytime you go out to enjoy the view, you just smell smoke! Also very poorly stocked unit. Hardly any extra blankets. The patio furniture is so worn that we all were scared to sit as we might fall through. The location and views were great!

This is the cleanest beach I have visited in a long time. Location is good. Locals are friendly. Condo could use a furniture update, not a bad thing just would make it that much more of a WOW place to stay. Management was quick with responses to questions & a dishwasher repair that was needed.Family friendly area, great food everywhere we ate. Definitely a great place to visit.

Fall Getaway

Great location on the ocean. We stayed in one of the penthouses which had a large balcony. All the rooms were comfortable and the living room was very spacious. Only issue I had was with the vent in the back bathroom which wasn’t working. Not a big deal though

Wonderful beach spot

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time here. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The wrap around porch is lovely and has a great view. The multiple pools were a huge hit with the kids in our crew. A couple of restaurants walkable and others a quick drive. Definitely recommend!
