King bedroom has a mounted flat screen TV; 1 guestroom has a queen; 2nd guestroom has a queen bed with a twin bed on top! The private fenced rear yard is perfect for outdoor games, or quiet relaxing under porch cover. Perfect for outdoor dining, new gas grill and private enclosed outdoor shower. Games include beach toys, cornhole boards, beach chairs and foldable beach wagon! Just minutes to shops, dining, and entertainment. Cape Cod Melody tent; indoor movie theaters for a rainy day; free outdoor concerts at Aselton Park; and Island ferries; all within a few minutes drive! Our favorite local beaches are an easy drive (5 Mins) to Kalmus Beach, Keyes Memorial Beach, Veterans Park Beach and Craigville Beach!!! Book now for 2027 as this property fills up quickly. Pric increase will take place in 2027! (plus room tax, cleaning, sec dep. Small pet possible with owner APPROVAL and pet fee $200.00. JULY AND AUGUST PROPERTY REQUIRES 7 NIGHTS-SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY. June and September 5 night minimum, all other times 3 night minimum.

The house is spacious and very clean. Great location in a quiet residentail neiborhood with easy access to the beaches. We enjoyed the house and spending time on the patio. Outdoor shower is great. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place. Clean and airy and not cluttered with too many useless tabletop decorations. Interior decorating perfect for summer rental. Suggest Maybe a couple more floor lamps in lv rm? Great bedding and beds. Big yard for kids to run around. Rental agent so accommodating and helpful.
