With the beach is right out the door...Guests have shared on low tide one family found over 20+ perfect sand dollars and of course other beautiful shells. A short walk down the street to the Imperial Beach Estuary, home of endless wildlife and really good bird watching. There are many endangered bird species that live in the estuary and walking tours to spot them often! You can easily rent bikes to enjoy the many hiking trails and there is a brand new Bike Village being created around the Silver Strand with biking to Coronado.
